was a bit long but acceptable. The products are amazing. We needed a few different blind types for windows and staircase etc, others could not deliver all products. Kresta could manufacture and install all of them which was a big relief to us. The installation was excellent in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Jay the Kresta technician said he will help me in a few days to repair my blinds but his promise was better - he came back sooner with two new motors and installed the motors within minutes. anyway. Most techs would just have said the client didn’t answer her phone. This man listened when I told him I was disabled. So once he had the new motors and I didn’t answer the phone he used his judgement. He came through for me and for that I will always be grateful. We need people who love their jobs and Jay certainly does. He is an asset to Kresta. I felt comfortable in his presence and he was engaging. Jay if you get to read this I want to say thank you to you and keep up that brilliant smile. After service is what makes a return customer and you’ve converted me hook line and sinker. Requested an obligation free quote just for some ideas and met a fantastic guy who was friendly, trustworthy and prompt. We ordered the blinds on the spot and got something like a $1000 discount. Blinds came earlier than expected, installation was fast and fuss free. We love our new motorised blinds and have already recommended Kresta to my brother and others. waiting, the came and said not worth it, won't do it. thought they might especially as a good faith gesture as I had they sold me the utter dud blind. (see my other entry). The fact they gave me some hope makes me even angrier. Please do not use Kresta as their product are sub par, they do not give good advice but which blinds to get in their store, their products are misleading and their customer service is not good. Save yourself the pain.

single contract amendment a few days later, communication stopped entirely. I followed up by phone, leaving a direct message with the consultant, and by email to the office - no response. I have since engaged another provider. The silence is telling: If a business cannot respond to a straightforward request during the sales process, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle issues after installation/warranty.

too long to decide , I signed contracted under pressure then he took my living room curtain order out from the quote and said I didn’t want curtain for my living room , he measured and it’s on original quote ! I didn’t check second quote paid few thousand and missed curtain for the main living room !! He told me I can’t win this as I signed contract ! He’s very doggy ! Second problem, My concern with the bedroom was blocking the light , yet the curtain they installed can’t block the light , it’s too short light comes in from above and below ! I have toddler in that room , she’s still complaining about light in the morning ! My problem didn’t get solved! [Name Removed] said light will be blocked 100% but now this is absolute cr#p ! I contacted him he doesn’t want to reply my email or pick up my phone ! He cut me off completely after I paid full amount of money!! I called customer crevice ! They also don’t care ! They only forward my Email to [Name Removed] , who is never been helpful ! Unable to reach him I’m desperate to fix the problem , curtain comes with 2 year warranty yet no one can help with this problem ! I’m calling fair trade ! Please stay away from this company ! They always have discounts to attract people , they got me this way ! But it really doesn’t worth it ! I wish I never used them !! It’s absolute garbage!! Nightmare!!

Peter to call and give me a Quote re my new Curtains. Peter was so Professional and helpful . He showed me all the beautiful Fabrics . I chose a lovely colour in Azure Blue . It was such a great experience dealing with Peter , He was such a gentleman and was a great in helping me choose The colour and Fabric . was very impressed when he came home. I can’t wait to do the rest of the house, hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. He also gave us some awesome advice and I can see why, Peter knows his stuff. The reception staff are lovely, Mina who booked in our installation and Carl who came out and installed the blinds is so nice and did a fantastic job. Had to get Kresta installer back to close a 10cm gap between the curtains which is letting quite a lot of light in even when it’s fully shut. Customer service wanted to charge a call-out fee as the curtains were installed 7 months ago and I had to explain and prove that it’s an ongoing issue and was last seen by another installer 3.5 months ago.… Read more
Suggest better record keeping for customer service. Ultimately the call out fee was waived and Jay the installer came very swiftly, was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue. Overall I think Kresta stands by their product and workmanship, and provides good after care service.

installation at 7:30 on a Saturday evening. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the site, and took all the rubbish with him. I'd highly recommend both Sonya and Rath to anyone keen to get excellent product advice (Sonya) and a professional installation (Rath). All up, we're very happy with the installation and the quality of the product.

KRESTA – NEVER AGAIN! The quote we received was based on the salesperson’s onsite measurements which turned out to be very different from the installer’s onsite check, leaving us with higher costs for our blinds and curtains. How could the salesperson’s measurements be so far off? Is this how Kresta operate—offering cheaper quotes that end up costing more in the end? Show details
