stunning blinds and curtains
Stunning stunning stunning :) I absolutely love my curtains and blinds from Kresta. They make my apartment look stylish. We had such a pleasant experience with Kresta. From the quote and measurement through to the final installation everything went really smooth. Mary is such a talented designer her idea and level of customer service is just exceptional ! I strongly recommend their curtains they are just a class!

Perfect and credible products
Kresta has been the best blinds company I have ever come across.Great variety to choose from,good quality, easy measuring,easy installation. I have had numerous blinds and curtains made by them and they have always been a perfect fit.

Happy with curtains and blinds
I'm happy with the curtains and blinds and the deal I got from Kresta Blinds Wollongong. The quality was superb and speaking to the service team Patricia and Mary also helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

Curtains look amazing

I am so happy with my blinds & curtains.

Excellent product and service
The product and service was extremely professional. Mary did an excellent job quoting and made us feel very comfortable. Pat provided consistent updates for us on payments and installments. The shutters were installed by Shane. He was quick and efficient. Well done Kresta.

Can I give les than one star?
They give a warranty that is worthless. I had blinds installed. On one of then the cord broke. The warranty covers parts, but the workman call out is $83. I can fix it myself for less than $10! Never going back to them!!

Terrible and worst ever customer service. Please do not go to them as we being an existing Kresta customer.
Worst customer service ever I have seen. Ordered shutter in May 2020 and still haven’t got them installed. Repeatedly called and no actions taken. Full of promises given and nothing happens. They won’t give proper discounts or take accountability of their service but keep delaying the order. Never ever ever go with them. Even if other blind company are expensive please go with them as I have personally seen the orders delivered. We are being treated terrible.

ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE BLINDS FROM KRESTA, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I purchased blinds back in December 2019. At the time, my kitchen blind was damaged however still installed. Kresta (Taren Point) said they would replace bottom rail. I’ve waited for over 12 months to have this fixed.
Early December of 2020 I rang Kresta to chase this. They found my order and told me it wouldn’t be until 2021 January until this was fixed. I told them no, that I have waited 12 months already. I also mentioned I had a blind that was broken in the lounge room....Read more
They informed me that it would cost me $80. I told them I would not be paying this as I have waited almost 12 months. The other day I had a man from Kresta ring me at 11:30am and wanted to come straight away. When he arrived he said he was here to the fix roller blind. I showed him kitchen blind where it was damaged. He said that he did not know about this and was here to fix roller. So I showed him the lounge room blind. This man took off the blind, crinkled the actual blind. He said he had to take it back to the factory. At this point I contacted Jenny from Kresta Caringbah, who after investigating rang me back to say he would be coming back on Thursday to fix blind as well as the one in the kitchen. She said that there was nothing in the system about the problem with my lounge room blind and that the man today was there to fix the kitchen blind.1 comment

I would NOT recommend Kresta
I had a representative from Kresta measure and quote for blackout curtains for my bedroom in mid-October 2019. I was told by the person who quoted, that installation would happen within 4 weeks. After 4-5 weeks I had to make constant calls nearly every week and got a standard response "sorry, it's out of our hands as it's on a container (from China)" or "We cant't do anything until it arrives at our warehouse".

The Kresta operator tried to call the fitter and they did not answer. They are now trying to contact him to see (a) where he is (b) when he will arrive at my apartment! I waited all day at home....no text or phone call....then the fitter turned up at 15:40. I understand that goods coming from overseas can take time, I have experienced this with furniture, but the fact the I was told 4 WEEKS when quoted is what is most annoying. I would suggest trying other suppliers and perhaps those who manufacture in Australia first. Might cost a little more....but you would probably get better service. The Kresta web site states Aim to achieve total customer satisfaction"....."Aim" way off....Delivers....Worst service. Judging by other reviews....I am not alone in providing bad reviews. Communication by Kresta is so poor....it is one of the worst aspects. If you are honest about delivery times and contact customers about delays....it is usually received better than the customer having to follow up all the time. Sorry, but I would not recommend Kresta to anyone!2 comments

Terrible service
DO NOT purchase anything from Kresta. No communication whatsoever. I ordered blinds in October I had to wait 10 weeks then I got an email saying my order is on its way and they wanted remainder money. Told them not paying for nothing until my blinds are installed which would make it 3 months waiting. Asked for a refund and I was refused they now have my deposit, I have no blinds and I am now going elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE Kresta are dodgy avoid at all costs

Poor service - go elsewhere
Ordered curtains on the premise that they would be installed in 6-8 weeks, given that we currently have no curtains in our home. 8 weeks passed and i had heard NOTHING from Kresta. I called multiple times following and was promised installation would be before Christmas (10 weeks). Then was called and told installation wouldn’t be until January 7 (12 weeks). The customer service from Kresta is next to none, they were less than apologetic for the delays and were totally unwilling to come up with any kind of solution. They are happy to take your money and tell you what you want to hear when ordering but that’s about it. Go elsewhere for curtains and blinds.

Great service by the staff at the shop; Bad service from the warehouse
Purchased vertical blinds in early Oct to install in existing fittings. After delays, we received the blinds on 17 Dec 20. It was disappointing re the time taken to deliver but service by the Caringbah staff (specifically Lenda) was great who actually in her own time picked the blinds up from the warehouse who were delaying delivery for no good reason.

Empty Promises
We chose to proceed with kresta after receiving quotes from a couple of companies for blinds/curtains for our whole house. We specifically went with Kresta as the consultant guaranteed us a pre-christmas install, we had our order placed October and the consultant had reassured us that we would have instal before christmas. This is our first experience with kresta having renovated three homes and dealing with many suppliers we have NEVER had issues like we are having with kresta. ount of how many times I have called to check on our order. I had received a call late November to say our order had arrived and to wait for a call for install. Well that call never came. I've called 4 times in the past 2 weeks just to be told that I would still be getting instal before Christmas. Today, a week before Christmas and after 3 calls chasing confirmation this week, I find out that there is "no way" our blinds/curtains will be installed before Christmas. There is obviously a lack of communication between the kresta departments. Reading other reviews and our early experience with kresta I am nervous with what we will end up with. Save your money, energy and time, there are better options out there.1 comment

I should have read the reviews before I had them quote.
We have had such a bad experience. Tried to cancel order on the Monday first business day after ordering Friday arvo. We were told we could not cancel that the blinds were in production. No one got back to hear our story after we were asked to email them a letter of our concerns. We phoned head office. Would not even listen . Told too late they are in production we thought they were a good company as we had our entire house fitted with blinds and curtains 25 years ago.

Ipswich/Loganholme sets the bar
First made contact in 2016 with Ipswich store and was disappointed to hear the store closed. The service however has not suffered. We have had Kresta products 3 times now. Cannot fault the service. Initial contact, to the installers, Brenton, Frankie and Matt. The amazing Stephanie is priceless. Can't go wrong if Stephanie comes to your home. She knows her stuff and was the main reason we went with Kresta initially. Excellent service, all go that extra mile and very happy with the product.

Money grab!
Placed the order in October. Received a notification 2 days ago saying “in the country but sitting a customs and won’t be ready until New Year”. Had Diane ring demanding payment - can’t make an appointment to install until paid and have to pay in 7 days or breach contract. Paid - now waiting another 4 weeks to be installed even though paid in full! They just want your money
