Kresta was great! Sam was very helpful with selecting the curtains and blinds for our bedrooms. They kept us up to date on our order and installation date. Installation was very quick with no mess left behind. Very happy!

was a bit long but acceptable. The products are amazing. We needed a few different blind types for windows and staircase etc, others could not deliver all products. Kresta could manufacture and install all of them which was a big relief to us. The installation was excellent in my opinion. Highly recommend.
Jay the Kresta technician said he will help me in a few days to repair my blinds but his promise was better - he came back sooner with two new motors and installed the motors within minutes. anyway. Most techs would just have said the client didn’t answer her phone. This man listened when I told him I was disabled. So once he had the new motors and I didn’t answer the phone he used his judgement. He came through for me and for that I will always be grateful. We need people who love their jobs and Jay certainly does. He is an asset to Kresta. I felt comfortable in his presence and he was engaging. Jay if you get to read this I want to say thank you to you and keep up that brilliant smile. After service is what makes a return customer and you’ve converted me hook line and sinker. From start to finish we were very happy with Kresta. Emilian, who came to our home, measured our job and answered all our questions, to the staff in store keeping us informed of progress to Damien, who installed our plantation shutters perfectly.
Sam gave us clear ideas about what to expect and available in blinds. He measured and let us know when to expect installation, which because of Christmas, was likely not to be until February. To our delight, they were in fact installed efficiently 2 days prior to Christmas and we are very pleased with them. Show details

Follow-up · Everything is worrking well. I forgot to mention one point last time, the installer accidentally knocked an antique and hock off my wall. There was not damage except I have to fix the wall.
Cellular Blinds – We recently had Kresta provide us with two blinds for a room in our house. The experience was nice and smooth. There was great communication and our expectations were met. with the installation of a high cathedral-height sheer. I was advised this cost related to additional equipment requirements, including scaffolding/scissor lift access. However, when the installer attended, an extension ladder was used and no scaffolding or lift was provided.
When I requested a refund of this charge, the response was to offer only half back, with the explanation changing to cover the use of a longer ladder. I do not believe this charge was transparently disclosed or justified based on what was actually provided.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly, the process has been slow and disappointing.
I would encourage anyone considering Kresta to carefully review all charges, ask for every additional cost to be clearly itemised in writing, and ensure the installation details match what is actually being provided.

Peter to call and give me a Quote re my new Curtains. Peter was so Professional and helpful . He showed me all the beautiful Fabrics . I chose a lovely colour in Azure Blue . was very impressed when he came home. I can’t wait to do the rest of the house, hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. He also gave us some awesome advice and I can see why, Peter knows his stuff. The reception staff are lovely, Mina who booked in our installation and Carl who came out and installed the blinds is so nice and did a fantastic job. Very disappointed with Kresta Blinds, I had made an appointment for them to come and do a measure and quote on Friday afternoon between 4-5 as that's what suited us with our work lives, at 2pm I receive a text from lady coming to measure saying she has 2 cancellations and is close so could come do mine if that suited, alternatively she said she… Read more
could come on Saturday or Sunday as she lived close, I messaged back saying that the original appointment time is what suited us, I even tried ringing but she had already turned her phone off by that stage and must have been enjoying her early start to the weekend. She had no intention of re scheduling for the Saturday or Sunday as wouldn't answer the phone call or reply to my text message, Monday came and went and I haven't heard from them either, have just received a call from Mentone office wandering if I would like to reschedule an appointment, um... definately NOT!! Would never consider using this company in the future.
The final product was great, but it took 9 months for one blind to be installed! 9 months! I got measured up, when the blind was made it was wrong. Go remeasured and when the blind was ready, oops, they’d made the blind but not the track. Back to square one. Months went by till *i* contacted Kresta asking what was going on. got “lost in the system”, so back to square one again. When it was finally installed it was exactly 9 months between my original measurement to installment. I could have grown a baby in that time. Thankfully Kresta have come to the party and offered me a discount on my next purchase.
Brenton installed our blinds today and we're very happy with the work he did. He contacted us half an hour before to let us know he was on his way. He worked promptly and carefully and showed us how to operate the products. Show reply
