leaving a direct message with the consultant, and by email to the office - no response. I have since engaged another provider. The silence is telling: If a business cannot respond to a straightforward request during the sales process, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle issues after installation/warranty.

Ken & Sue From start to finish we have been happy with the services provided by Kresta. Emilian came to the house and was extremely helpful with his advice, recommendations, choice of colours and measurements. Likewise Charlie with the installation of the blinds. He was very efficient and professional. We are very satisfied with the end result.

Seen a salesman for a quote. Quite abrupt and unprofessional. He assumed we were going to pick a certain sheets and block out curtains. Had to remind him that need to see the samples. He went to walk out with his bag without us insisting on seeing the samples which were not even our choice. He had even commented on something else which was very rude and so embarrassing. I was very pleased with the sheer curtains Kresta supplied but I had a large exterior roll up blind installed and have on several occasions asked for the pole in the bottom of the blind to be replaced due to the increasing rust that’s on the ends of the blind. Show details

the job! Always First Class! We had her back again some weeks ago to replace some blinds etc in our home fully prepared that the work would only be done after Christmas. But Santa came early for us in the shape of Bev. We got our blinds replaced and all sorted a week before Christmas. Thanks so much Bev. Darren who came to do the measure and fitting was equally professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks Darren. Overall no complaints at all at any time over the years, only praise for the Kresta team. Well done. We will be back.

Please run and stay away from this company !!!! I recently installed curtain from them and spent few thousand dollars on it . too long to decide , I signed contracted under pressure then he took my living room curtain order out from the quote and said I didn’t want curtain for my living room , he measured and it’s on original quote ! I didn’t check second quote paid few thousand and missed curtain for the main living room !! He told me I can’t win this as I signed contract ! He’s very doggy ! Second problem, My concern with the bedroom was blocking the light , yet the curtain they installed can’t block the light , it’s too short light comes in from above and below ! I have toddler in that room , she’s still complaining about light in the morning ! My problem didn’t get solved! [Name Removed] said light will be blocked 100% but now this is absolute cr#p ! I contacted him he doesn’t want to reply my email or pick up my phone ! He cut me off completely after I paid full amount of money!! I called customer crevice ! They also don’t care ! They only forward my Email to [Name Removed] , who is never been helpful ! Unable to reach him I’m desperate to fix the problem , curtain comes with 2 year warranty yet no one can help with this problem ! I’m calling fair trade ! Please stay away from this company ! They always have discounts to attract people , they got me this way ! But it really doesn’t worth it ! I wish I never used them !! It’s absolute garbage!! Nightmare!!

Peter to call and give me a Quote re my new Curtains. Peter was so Professional and helpful . He showed me all the beautiful Fabrics . I chose a lovely colour in Azure Blue . It was such a great experience dealing with Peter , He was such a gentleman and was a great in helping me choose The colour and Fabric . Margaret kept me up to date right through the process , giving me updates regularly. The Gentleman , who installed the Curtains name was Carl . Being a new home owner and never having to think about window coverings it was so easy and refreshing having Emilian come to my home and give me his expert advise and what would be best. I was nervous waiting to see the curtains up but they look amazing and I’d like to thank Emilian for his time and helping me pick wisely. He made the whole experience easy.

information . The installers were very neat and tidy and the roller blind looks great and since I have had it installed last week , I have noticed a big difference in the heat in my kitchen . I was also given verbal instructions on how to use the roller blind by the installer who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend Kresta for any blinds/ curtain needs

We spent $5000 to install curtains for sunlight blockout reason . End up we looked like scammed , the sale person Leslie was not honest and try to dodge the contract . curtain and sunlight come through from there . We tried contact Kreasta , Sonya was the one who responded . After multiple time attempt to fix the issue with her , no one to take responsibility. We have decided to contact fair trading and I am willing to go all the way to tribunal solve the matter . If you guys considering to use this company , my advise is NO, once you have paid the fee everything is changed , service, attitude, worst part is you can’t find their business manager to complain , you will feel helpless.
