This is the third time I've used Stephanie and the team at Kresta, Loganholme for verticals and blinds, and once again I couldn't be happier! Stephanie is absolutely lovely to deal with, always so helpful, friendly and professional. The quality of the blinds is fantastic, and the customer service is excellent from start to finish. It's always a pleasure dealing with Stephanie, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I'll definitely be back!

Easy process from booking consult with Tony and picking samples from books he brought along. Installation by Nelson was again neat and tidy and once curtains were installed enhanced the rooms look from bare to amazing.

I was fortunate enough to deal with Sonya from Kresta. She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She made some great suggestions and made the whole experience very pleasant. The installation was done by Rath. He arrived on time and completed the job seamlessly. Very happy with the final product. I highly recommend them.

Follow-up · Ordering was simple. Sonya came for a site visit to discuss my options and once I had decided on products and colours it was ordered. The installation was just one day and prior to install I had no coverings on any of the windows and I have survived my first Melbourne winter after being in Qld for 30yrs thanks to the wonderful effect the blinds have had.
Very disappointing experience. Blinds fitted poorly with visible screws and protrusions. One blind needed to be recut and still waiting for that to happen, after five weeks. One blind too small. They never pick up their phone and rarely return… Read more
messages. They demand payment prior to delivery of goods but do not honour after-care issues. Still waiting. Very unprofessional business and would not recommend dealing with them ever again.
Follow-up · Kresta has now provided the blind that needed to be shortened. However, Kresta did not follow up with me about other issues with the fitting. Given my overall experience and the poor end product, I would not change the star rating I gave, nor would I ever buy from Kresta again.

Totally satisfied with this Kresta experience. From measure and quote with Tony to Nelson’s friendly and efficient installation. The communications in between were also great - progress advice place call re delivery times. Whole experience was seamless and the quality of the curtains is more than I expected. Thoroughly recommend this firm.
Installation of an outdoor awning was our third installation with Kresta. Shutters, roller blinds were the previous installation. Can't rate Kresta highly enough - from Tony measuring up; staff members working in the office; to the installers who are perfectionists. My outdoor blind awning looks stunning. Thanks again Kresta!

Poor quality curtains for an expensive price. They made a mistake with the length and have taken 4 months to rectify the issue. I had to inform them of the mistake as it had gone unrecorded and have had to chase it up for months to get resolved. I am still waiting for the new curtains to be shipped from their Chinese factory. I wish I had gone with the other quote I had received from a competitor. Utterly disappointing
I have been extremely disappointed with [Name Removed] and the service team. The installation was done poorly and follow up to address another issue with the manual winder has been extremely difficult. No return email or phone calls. I would advise carefully before dealing with this company. They take your money and that is where the service ends. Show details

increase his earnings LOL - Botch the job and had to be reinstalled. Reinstallation damaged some of the blinds and my window sill! Sonya, the AUS/NZ Customer Service manager has both terrible communication and customer service abilities. Overall, would not advise on the chance that your job incurs similar issues to mine

order. I am absolutely disgusted that I now have old blinds cluttering up my front yard and no way of getting rid of them. I am a 65 year old woman with an osteoporotic spine - I would NEVER have agreed to going ahead with this work if I had known they would leave me with this mess. There's not much point in having nice windows if the front yard looks like a tip. Utterly disgusted with this "service".
