increase his earnings LOL - Botch the job and had to be reinstalled. Reinstallation damaged some of the blinds and my window sill! Sonya, the AUS/NZ Customer Service manager has both terrible communication and customer service abilities. Overall, would not advise on the chance that your job incurs similar issues to mine

Very disappointing experience. Blinds fitted poorly with visible screws and protrusions. One blind needed to be recut and still waiting for that to happen, after five weeks. One blind too small. They never pick up their phone and rarely return… Read more

messages. They demand payment prior to delivery of goods but do not honour after-care issues. Still waiting. Very unprofessional business and would not recommend dealing with them ever again.

Fitters installed our 4x double track curtains. On time, and gave plenty of notice before arrival. Very professional and cleaned up after install. I would definitely recommend to anyone

manufactured and shipped by boat from China to Melbourne. When finally installed, they were badly made... the hem stitching was so bad, I had to call Kresta to come back to fix. Kresta steamed the curtains hoping to fix the extremely bad stitching. That didn’t do anything sowz Kresta replaced them… yep another 3 months having to wait for them to be made in China & shipped yet again to Melbourne. Sowz 6 months later, 5 visits (5 days taken off from work including 2 ‘no shows’, waiting around and late arrival each time grrr!!!) from Kresta, the curtains were finally installed this week. They’re ok but certain not worth the money, not worth all the time waisted or ALL THE FRUSTRATION. From my sad experience, DON'T PAY FPR GRIEF -> DO NOT BUY FROM KRESTA CURTAINS. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Just not worth buying curtains from Kresta who with average pricing, crap virtually non-existent customer service, crap product and appalling overall experience, UNFORGIVABLE that all the nonsense they put me through still without an apology!! DON'T PUNISH YOURSELF -> -> DO NOT BUY FROM KRESTA CURTAINS.

They are a large company and not set up for a good customer experience. No one person or role at Kresta is responsible for looking after you / your order. Once the sales person has the sale you never hear from them again. Sales will under estimate how long manufacturing and delivery/install takes. by a variety of different departments that don't appear to communicate well with each other. The installers are sub contractors and not employees.

could come on Saturday or Sunday as she lived close, I messaged back saying that the original appointment time is what suited us, I even tried ringing but she had already turned her phone off by that stage and must have been enjoying her early start to the weekend. She had no intention of re scheduling for the Saturday or Sunday as wouldn't answer the phone call or reply to my text message, Monday came and went and I haven't heard from them either, have just received a call from Mentone office wandering if I would like to reschedule an appointment, um... definately NOT!! Would never consider using this company in the future.
