Underperformed and overpriced! – I have the same unit. Keep leaking water. Serviced it once and then it leaked again few months later! What a crappy product considering the premium paid for it!

shocking – This was literally shocking , water leaked out shorting the unit and the user. Various error codes given seemingly at random. On button ceased after a few weeks. A terrible product, avoid at all costs. Going back to a semi automatic, less to go wrong. This is a woefully inadequate inferior product. nothing everything possible

Good – Krups Coffee Machines are reasonable assembled..ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an excellent choice as a molding material for use in these machines.. is the unit that is trouble free..The only way to tell is to remove the cover where the tablets are inserted for cleaning..(2 Screws retain it)..Once removed you can have a good look at the interior workings..If you have used the unit for awhile you will see lots of gunky coffee sprinkled everywhere..To clean make sure interior is dry and use a large hog-hair artist brush to clean..The residue coffee will fall into the coffee container..(make sure the unit is not connected to the mains)..Frothy troubles??..Get yourself a LaVazza Amodo Mini frothing unit which attaches to the Krups froth connection..Enjoy your Coffee.. No real information available from any source. On either the Internet or distributor about how to really use the Krups Coffee Machines???

Terrible – Very disspointing a machine for $850 (discounted from $1300) would only last 19 months, the jack assembly was faulty, the warranty only for one year. Have kissed the machine goodbye. made nice coffee lasted for only 19 months ... :-(

Terrible – I hope people review this BEFORE purchasing the machine. I expected a quality machine from a name like Krups but have been very dissappointed. did not dispense and instead clogged up the machine. The second time Error 6 displayed and water poured out of the bottom of the machine. SEB tried to blame me for setting the coffee grind too fine, which sums up the calibre of support at SEB! I gave up corresponding with them as they were arrogant and unhelpful. I stopped using the milk frother very soon after using the machine as it was hopeless.

Excellent – I love my Lattes and my Caps and this delivers both. very happy - Haven't tried to make Ho Choc yest but will in the Winter Thanks Valerie Fairly easy to use even forme (a novice) Nothing really - got an excellent deal on a brand new onw from the Good Guys

Terrible – I hope everyone who looks into buying this Krups machine looks to these reviews as that what i should have done. soon after purchasing this machine we noticed lots of water leaking out of the bottom so decided to have it fixed however this was short lived as the water has never stopped leaking and now no coffee is coming out !!! machine we have had nothing but problems ! What a waste of money! I also totally agree with the previous person the helpdesk for Krups are RUDE people and provided NO assistance

Bad – my review seems to read like everyone elses.iuse illy beans and it makes a real great coffee with very little effort (even washing the milking wand is easy). this is my third krups model in the last 10 years and i loved my last two machines, which were only retired because i finally could afford the higher model. now this model sucks az! my milk… Read more

thing stopped working after one month, they replaced it, four months later the water started going straight to the drip tray instead of out the coffee spout, they replaced again, now the 3rd machine worked well for 12 months and then started spitting the water from underneath!! now im hold with the service dept because it is out of its 1 year retail warranty...

this sucks.. automatic, makes a good coffee unreliable

Terrible – the name says it all Krups stands for Krap, for an expensive machine is breaks down constantly luckly I have extended warranty but when that runs out I will put a hammer to it Compact size the milk was only warm and it keeped breaking down.

Terrible – Waste of money! Don't bother with any Krups or Tefal products (really bad experiences not just with Coffee Machines - believe me!) That we got rid of it! Three breakdowns - each replacement lasted for no more than 1 day! codes. Krups extremely unhelpful and not willing to provide refund until threatened with legal action. I was told by a Krups authorised repairer that these models are refurbished at a prison in Longford in NSW by prisoners and are never checked properly to the standard they should be when being repaired. Absolutely appalling quality (so much for French made!).

Terrible – Will be calling the helpline during their business hours to get any advice but at this stage I am really unimpressed with this machine. 2 not working in as many weeks is ridiculous. unfortunately. We have our second machine in as many weeks. The first was returned for an error which Krupps said they haven't had before with the automatic frother attachment. We exchanged it for another of the same and only 1 day later have another issue. This time it wants us to empty the 2 containers which we have done, and followed the instructions in the troubleshooting. So on a weekend there is no helpline available and we are without coffee :( Aside from this the milk was only lukewarm and there was a lot of cleaning..

Terrible – We are about to return our 3rd faulty machine in only 2 months and this time we are not taking a replacement. The first machine failed on the second day. The next one after 7 weeks and the final one on the second cup! All had the same error code. Krups customer service has been pretty good though. another brand, and will probably go back to a manual machine... The more they do the more that can go wrong. Nothing particularly. Bought for the compact size and auto frother thingy. Was cheaper than other auto's cos on sale at the time. Kind of loud, extremely unreliable
