Excellent – I've had this machine for a few years now and it has never let me down in any way. It gets a hammering too, usually does 5-10 cups per day and much more on weekends. I'm a huge coffee fan and I know when a machine is good. The crema is perfect and the milk frother is good quality. Even my friends comment on how good the coffee is. I descale once per quarter which takes about 30mins, otherwise it doesn't need any servicing. The controls are simple and easy to use. Note. This is a REAL Espresso machine that requires the user to have some skill. It is not fully automatic. Reliable & quality built. Easy to use. Easy to clean. None really, perhaps the water pressure pump is a tad noisy.
