transaction codes and all url’s you are using. They 100% scam you and make it impossible to take your money out. That’s not all the dodgy things they ask for you to do. You also need to record a video of yourself stating who you are and reading out aloud a legal script of theirs. My money has been stuck in the account for 4 weeks now and I have come to terms that I will never see it again now. Lost $10,000. Do not ever use them. Support also doesn’t work. Scammers – They are scammers! First I was forced to "verify my identity" - which I did, then I had to give them ALL my credit card details including that verification number on the backside of the card only to get "Oops, we do not provide service in your country (Australia)". [The Final Thoughts] I am not impressed with the smart-phone application for KuCoin. Despite being a technical minded person, I just found this to be insanely and ridiculous to use properly. And unfortunately for this review, I hate it.

Having only used the KuCoin digital wallet application installed onto an Android smart-phone, this application is very informative, has a depth of application capabilities and perhaps for the extremely technical individual, it may well tick all of the boxes for that person(s).

However, the application is very overwhelming with information that should allow the user, to pick and choose what is important for them as part of the user experience. Instead there is no option what so ever to customise the way you want it to be.

The ICOs as mentioned in [The Cons(-)], are a gimmick at certain times. ICOs are basically a token that comes to an initial offering that allows users to repurchase and/or make a financial commitment, sort of like buying stock shares, in order to raise capital. I tried to get into one ICO listing and abiding to the complex rules, I didn't get anything as a result.

So my experience in the use of KuCoin is compounded by setbacks / failure to deliver to build any level of trust or confidence in this platform.

Overall, if you're interested still, then why don't you go and download it and try it. Try before you buy.

Untrustworthy platform – Do not trust on kucoin, they have recently listed IZI, which after listing, literally became zero. The support people are fantastic! Their communication with clients is superb. They proficiently direct you to where you are trying to get to.

Structurally, trading is extremely flexible: I tested out doing micro trades, there are no cumbersome, unnecessary or arbitrary limitations or barriers, to trading exactly as you like - in terms of the minimum quantities being required to execute a trade.

Some exchange set minimum trade amounts, reasons I am unable to determine? Such limitations, have, on other exchanges, been present which I found very annoying and frustrating, when trying to use their platforms.

Kucoin are much better! Also they are friendly, helpful, professional and do not 'look down on you' for not knowing things.

Kucoin trade offerings are quite extensive as well. Many of the other exchanges have much more limited offerings.

There is really not much at all that I can find to not like using Kucoin. They are a breath of fresh air, putting the customer's needs first, across the board, they stand head and shoulders above many exchanges.
