Does L'Oréal 8.1 show yellow hair?
No, not really and I usually have that horrible brassy yellow colour by the time indoors my hair, but in my experience the results aren't really blonde. More of a dull brown.
I have naturally blonde/light brown hair 7/8 with bleached ends over a year old. 4 months ago I used a ‘dark brown all over permanent 5, that has now lightened lengths to dark almost golden brown on my lengths’. My Question: “WILL 8.1 excellence be suitable to use for adding highlights on my current 6.5 lengths to achieve a lighter blonde colour of at least 7 Or will I expect it to go greenish? Where hair has been bleached it removes the pigment and the outcome can be unpredictable - including a green hue. Also bleached hair is more porous and will fade easily. Personally I would always recommend going to a salon as they may need to re-pigmentate the bleached ends first ...
