sale person – sale person( Tom) has been so rude and inappropriate . don’t trust them as not doing proper job. no time management . poor communication. poor job completion. poor documentation and contract. waste our money and time

DVDs purchased – Purchased some DVDs from DVD land - they arrived promptly, at a good price and am very happy with them they appear to play well and the quality so far is good

Amazing Service – From our initial contact with Tom, who visited the site and quoted for our pool build through to Tony and the team doing the build, service was exceptional. Advice was given as needed and although we had a delay in the build (from our side), this was accommodated. Could not recommend them more highly.

Nice job but not without stress – This crowd build about 350 pools a year so they are very popular on the Gold Coast however i think they take on too much work and leave customers in the dark. I believe they have now introduced a process sheet for customers to follow and that will clearly help. Otherwise, a good result putting stress aside and i am very happy with my pool.
