Great machine. Reliable – I have had the La Cimbali M21 Junior for over 10 years. Agree with other reviewers: it is bulletproof. Has been reliable the whole time. Great coffee. It’s old school manual but that means the coffee is purely up to your skill. Only negative is the loudness of the rotary pump. Bullet Proof Quality – Gave our first one to my son and bought another. Both rarely need a service, have never failed and produce an excellent coffee; better in fact than most cafes that charge $5 for little better than instant. You need a bit of space as it's large.

User for 20 years – This is a very reliable and consistent machine, and I'm about to buy my fourth one. However, I also recommend avoiding Coffex in Coburg because anything you want done takes six weeks, no matter how minor, and they will never come to you. Pathetic customer service attitude in this day and age. Great machine Run water before a brew...gets too hot.
