I ordered a dress from LACEMADE in May 2025 and had to return it at my own cost (AUD $41, tracked shipping). The return was delivered, but I have never received a refund. I contacted the company multiple times by email and Instagram DM but received no reply. When I left comments on their posts asking for an update, they deleted my comments and blocked me from posting further. I’ve since had to escalate this through my bank and lodge a complaint with consumer regulators. Extremely poor customer service — I would not recommend buying from LACEMADE.
