Poor Customer Service – Very poor customer service and shipping times. Customer service was occasionally responsive. Item sat at Lacoste before being shipped for over two weeks. It took three weeks from the date of the order to get to me. (Sydney to Melbourne)

exchange or anything they can help but that lady clearly denies to help me out and screamed on me. Later i contacted customer support and they did the same. I ever tried so hard yo make them understand that these shoes are a garbage for me , please do something but nobody helped me out and in the end of conversation over phone, they gave me fake assurance that someone from our team will call you back regarding this but no one called me till now. I am very dissatisfied.

you have been asked is waiting and they will try to blamed Post Service. Why not using Fedex or DHL or UPS if they know using normal post is not working? And I also a bit confused, my daughter bought an items from Australia to be send to NZ from Shein (which the warehouse was in Australia) but the items can be received within 3 days. And also she bought something from China and the product arrived within 7 days. For me Lacoste now already breaking the record for shipping delay....just from Australia to NZ. Love the product but for sure not willing to buy online anymore. What a bad experience. And yes I still waiting for the product to come when I write this. Hopefully it will come next year or maybe on 2025 (finger cross......).

Incompetent – Ordered an item, wrong size comes in. Didn't give me an exchange option so had to return before ordering the replacement. When I went to order the right size AGAIN, the sale was off.

TOTAL SCAM - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER – Ordered and paid for an order online 8th Dec. I have still not received the order and its 30th Dec. with Aust post at 8.23am and at 9am it was returned back to the Alexandria warehouse. Funny that the delivery address was on the other side of Sydney and the courier has managed to attempt delivery and returned it back to the warehouse within 1/2 hour!!!! The address details provided were 100% correct. Have sent several emails since with no response. On hold yet again to customer service, still waiting and its been now over an hour!!!! For an established international company I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with their lack of and non existent customer service. I will NEVER order on line or purchase any of their items in store as they owe me $$$$!!!! TOTAL SCAM of a company..TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER THE GOODS!!!!

Never order online – Never ever order from thier online store. I ordered shoes and from last 10 days i haven't even received any confirmation mail or text. Even when they deducted money on the same day.

Poor quality and terrible customer service – I purchased a tote bag made of PVC First there was a fault with handle then it was replaced . As I worked from home for 3 years I may have used 6 times. I then discovered the PVC had split on all 4 corners as well as the zip which intermittently works. The bag is not durable as per basic consumer rights. customer service and the ACCC who support my claim but for the sake of $90 no success to replace the bag. They use delay tactics to make you give up. I note similar reviews. Don’t buy despite their elegant looks...

Lacoste Polyurethane sole shoes – Shoes had polyurethane soles which disintegrated after about 2 yrs use. Lacoste tried to palm me off on an obscure manufacturer. Not what I expect from a premium brand!

Applies voucher to refund to reduce amount refunded – I was given a $20 birthday voucher from Lascote, having purchased from their website before. The voucher was only available to be used online. I made an order with 2 items, costing $129 and $109. After the order arrived, I deemed the item costing $129 unsuitable therefore I returned it for a refund. The refund given was $118.16. about the difference, the answered was the birthday voucher was applied to the item refunded. It didn’t make sense to me because by doing things the way Lacoste did, I basically only received less than $10 in value for a voucher of $20. I have never seen a voucher applied per item before, every other retailer applies vouchers to the whole order! So essentially, if I ordered 1 item I get the full $20 value but when I ordered 2 items and returns 1 of the terms, I only get to keep less than $10 in value. Lascote’s solution is that they will issue a credit for the difference for my next order which needs to be placed by the end of the month. No thanks! Instead of being trapped into making another purchase in order to get the value I was entitled to get in the first place, I am never going to buy from this company again. It’s the first time I’ve seen a retailer applying a voucher to a refund in order to reduce the amount refunded. I am pretty sure this is not right!
