available. I have sent an instagram message, no response. I have tried to contact them via Facebook and it says the message can’t be sent so their account must be deactivated and now their website is down. Avoid at all costs.

Simone was tracking the items for me before I even was! To say she was my biggest supporter in getting to the post office is an understatement — she was my cheerleader :) She is such a kind-hearted, genuine person who truly cares about her customers. That level of service is rare.

As for the garments — gorgeous. The fabrics are, in all honesty, even better than pictured. The sequins are perfect: heavy, silky, high-quality sequins that feel luxurious and sit beautifully on the body.

I just absolutely love these guys.

Couldn’t be happier! – I recently ordered a Nookie gown for my nieces year 12 ball and needed it quickly, so I sent a panicked email to Paris at Lady Lux and she was absolutely gorgeous and assured me our dress had been sent express post and to feel free to contact her again with any queries. Excellent service fast shipping – I couldn’t find the dress I wanted in the size I needed anywhere. It was time sensitive so I emailed the store at 2am to request my parcel be shipped same day and they responded first thing in the morning and true to form the dress arrived the next day! Worst customer service – Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Jumpsuit was faulty (see through and sequins falling off) didn’t respond to me for 5 days then replied saying they were happy to refund then accused me of jumpsuit smelling like perfume so decline to give me a refund when I didn’t even wear the outfit to begin with as returned it literally when they responded!!
