A warning - A horrible and upsetting experience with no refund – I had a really horrible experience with [name removed] at Skin body health Mosman. I spent almost $3000 there on five treatments of what I thought was laser hair removal - turns out it wasn't technically laser hair but rather Cpl - and also wave laser vein treatment. had no results and the vein treatment caused scarring underneath the skin and made the veins look far worse. In the end I ended up going to a vein specialist who informed me that it is basic knowledge that anybody undertaking vein treatments should inform the client not to take Iron while undertaking this treatment. [name removed] did not tell me this which was very negligent. This is what caused the scarring underneath. I tried to get at least a refund and she wouldn't budge telling me that a confirmation email says that 'no results are guaranteed and also that she takes no responsibility for any unintended consequences'. This is an incredible thing to put in a confirmation email and I wish I had read it. She did offer $350 back for the treatment which at this time I declined. She also offered me free treatments and further treatments with different machines for the hair removal since I hadn't had any results. I declined because I felt uncomfortable at the level of negligence she has shown in the vein treatment so didn't want her to do any further treatments on me. I took the matter to fair trading and they told me their hands were tied in the matter and that I could either do a tribunal, which to me sounded very stressful and upsetting , or to do legal action, in which I might spend more than I ever got back. I decided both of options and instead take the initial offer of $350.00 which would at least pay for the specialist that I had to see for the veins. Fair Trading contacted her and let her know that I would take the $350.00, an offer that she had also informed them was still on the table. At this stage she vanished and stopped taking calls. I believe Fair Trading contacted her multiple times and she never returned their calls. For me this matter is closed and it's water under the bridge. However, it is very important for me to let others know. The beauty industry is very unregulated and so my options were limited. Please think a lot before you do beauty procedures. My experience was pretty horrible and upsetting but it really could have been a lot worse. I would recommend people steer clear of this place. The way I was treated was disgusting.

True organic products and philosophy to skin care – All the products Jade sells are certified organic and the skin care products use aromatherapy oils that make you feel relaxed and amazing. I can't live without the daily moisturizer! They're always very reasonably priced compared to what you have to pay in a department store and you're not getting any of the nasty chemicals of mass produced stuff!

Always glowing! – I love Jade and her treatments! Everytime I visit this salon I leave relaxed and glowing. The professionalism, care and expertise of Jade is second to none. The skin care products are truly wonderful and well priced. I always get comments out of the blue re my skin after treatments here.

Amazing service and offers the perfect mix of holistic and science based knowledge and skill – Definitely worth heading into Skin Body Health - this is not your average salon. The staff are really skilled in their beauty treatments and the facial oil and natural products are second to none. Great Vitamin C serum as well which Jade educates her clients to use post beauty treatment. My skin looks amazing every time I have a treatment.

not going to let anyone with a laser near me! The stairwell is really dirty and the phone goes to voicemail. I sent an email question afterwards as I pre-paid which went unanswered (2 weeks ago). I think they should be closed done.
