Scam, never sent order – #PL30310 Order never shipped after 10 days, no contact with merchant, stated it has been sent and tracking number provided but still no order has been shipped. Also stated partial refund and credit to account and has not kept this promise. Have reported both https://paylateralligator.com.au/ and afterpay.com to AFCA.
Have not received my order after 5 months – I ordered 2 mattress toppers and a electric blanket in Feb 2023 and I still haven't received my order or got my money back. Never again! – If you want your parcel sooner like they say 1-4 days don’t bother! I ordered a mattress almost 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. I attempted to contact the store and u can only email only for them to not be helpful at all. My son has needed to sleep with us the last 2 weeks because that’s how long his mattress is taking to arrive if it ever arrives! Never again thanks Show details
Mattress topper – Ordered a Mattress topper the thing arrives supposed to be a queen either we have a large queen or its 2 inches short of width . It's supposed to be 5cm after the thing expands well just 4 cm and the centre where it was folded looks like it's going to stay folded and creased forever $150 for nothing more than a skinny camping mattress .
