both myself and my husband are sleeping soundly at night with it. We also love it has a removable cover so we can wash it plus we can adjust the layers to suit how soft we want it. The new mattress had no "smell" which is great as I have a very sensitive nose. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud every night. We couldn't be happier with this purchase and in the past the customer service from this company has been fantastic and once again with this purchase the customer service was outstanding. Excellent idea for a spare bedroom – Purchased a Latex Mattress Pure Trio for the spare bedroom recently. a difference arranging each layer makes to the firmness of this Mattress and still very comfy except for soft, as i hate sleeping on a soft mattress. It will be interesting to review this Mattress in 12 months time to see if is still as good. Cheers FRANK.

turning, the second night was very different and I’ve found it to be very comfortable. I have the firm layer at the bottom and the soft layer on top (if you are interested). The mattress comes already constructed and in a roll so it’s easy to install and you don’t need to worry about letting it settle for 24 hours so I was happy to be able to sleep on it the first night. I found the company sales consultants to be very helpful (particularly Jacqui) and they were able to all of my questions straight away.

Would I buy it again? For sure! I happily recommend Latex Australia and the Pure Trio mattress to anyone that is considering buying a new latex mattress. It’s great value for money and I’ll definitely use the company again.

on our existing mattress I was actually in extreme pain and immobile, blaming my osteoarthritis. It sounds strange but I could only recall having a decent sleep on a Medically Controlled bed in a hospital. • The instore service was very professional and took into account health histories as well as our past, existing and future sleeping bedding options. We had tried other outlets but certainly noticed the range of comfort zones once Maxine explained the Mattress Receipe combinations to suit our needs. • On installing the mattress in our existing bed-base we noticed a change in comfort and a longer sleep pattern immediately. However, feeling it was still a little low and firm overall we purchased a slatted bed base a few days later and installed into the base. • The quality of our sleep is 100% improved and I can turn, roll, sit-up and get out of bed now without any help, effort or pain. I have also stopped medication to get through a night’s sleep!. This results in me being mobile in the mornings and able to be active and walking straight away for the day. • It is now 14 weeks since we made the Customised purchase and the durability, shape and firmness of the mattress has not changed.

and I’m still getting used to the novelty of waking up relatively pain free. I wanted a mattress without chemicals and this one also has a luxurious feel. I can’t imagine needing to change the layers around. I’m just hoping it retains its firmness and doesn’t start to sag – it doesn’t feel completely flat across the whole Queen size mattress and lists to the middle. Also the side I’ve been sleeping on for the last 7 weeks doesn’t feel quite as supportive as the other side. This may be something to do with the nature of latex as I haven’t had a latex mattress this size before, and my comfort has not been compromised. The shopping experience was enjoyable because staff at New Farm were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. I felt more confident that I was getting the right mattress for my health needs rather than buying online. My main concern now is whether the current mattress quality will be maintained over a few years as it was quite an investment for me. I’ll post an update down the track.

10 minutes is no accurate test. We found this out the hard way...

Our previous purchase of a regular mattress of well-known brand, from a standard bedding store, left us disappointed and jaded. The mattress was cold to sleep on. At first, thinking it due to weather, we piled on blankets - on top of an 80% down doona. We live in Qld! Roasted on top, yet somehow still cold...sleeping on that mattress felt like one's core warmth was actually being drawn from your body. After that disappointing and costly exercise, we found ourselves right back where we started - on our old mattress! ...And, within a short while, back at the bedding store! Strangely, we met a couple, also shopping for their second intended purchase, their mattress nightmare was worse than ours. Confirming... They simply don't make things like they used to.

We bailed on the whole idea and went straight back to basics. Natural!

...We'd purchased a medium density 5cm 'pure latex' topper years earlier for a van. While firm on its own, it's still a dream to sleep on. This brought us back full circle... Bite the bullet go latex... a real mattress!

The Queen Pure Trio Latex Mattress recently purchased at Latex Mattress Australia is not only a dream to sleep on, but now, at last, rest is something to look forward to after a long day. Comfort Plus. With no undulating heavy quilted padding, the flat surface of the mattress alone feels luxurious. The Comfort of sleeping on latex is actually hard to describe. Simply, a lovely nothingness. Suspended. Also very happy with the 'high natural fiber' zip off cover. I can tell it will be easy to care for and even wash, if ever necessary.

We both have neck injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, and are now sleeping better than we have for many, many, years!
