both myself and my husband are sleeping soundly at night with it. We also love it has a removable cover so we can wash it plus we can adjust the layers to suit how soft we want it. The new mattress had no "smell" which is great as I have a very sensitive nose. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud every night. We couldn't be happier with this purchase and in the past the customer service from this company has been fantastic and once again with this purchase the customer service was outstanding. We would never want to own another mattress other than a pure latex mattress and love this new pure trio will last for many years to come.

turning, the second night was very different and I’ve found it to be very comfortable. I have the firm layer at the bottom and the soft layer on top (if you are interested). The mattress comes already constructed and in a roll so it’s easy to install and you don’t need to worry about letting it settle for 24 hours so I was happy to be able to sleep on it the first night. I found the company sales consultants to be very helpful (particularly Jacqui) and they were able to all of my questions straight away.

Would I buy it again? For sure! I happily recommend Latex Australia and the Pure Trio mattress to anyone that is considering buying a new latex mattress. It’s great value for money and I’ll definitely use the company again.

can be hot, however I was assured that with the breathable cover and the addition of a tencel mattress protector and sheets, that it should be fine, and it was. I have chronic back and neck problems and years of insomnia. This is definitely the best mattress I've owned and I love how supportive it is and how soft at the same time (i had the layers with firm on the bottom, medium and soft on top) My back has improved so much. However, I was concerned that I might not want to flip the mattress and make it firmer and also wanted a little extra luxury and depth for my sheets, so I've recently added the topper (and a C!2 pillow from latex mattress Australia). More about those in a seperate review but these have taken the mattress to a whole new level of divine. I'm sleeping better than I have in years and my neck has improved and waking with less headaches already. I'm now set up so that I can rotate and flip my mattress to ensure it lasts me years.

Such a restful sleep – We bought three mattresses and everyone in our family loves them. While latex mattresses are naturally quite heavy, I find that this mattress is still manageable to lift/flip, even for a middle aged lady. Show details ·  1

It was extremely firm. I can only describe it as like sleeping directly on the floor. I couldn’t make it through the night on this mattress and ended up in my kids bed. There is really no noticeable difference between the different feels when the layers are changed. It’s a bit of a stretch to describe the feels from a soft to a firm. It’s all a firm 10 in my opinion regardless of the layered configuration. Thankfully we had a very thick topper from our previous mattress that we were able to use whilst we shopped for a replacement mattress. The mattress also sits at a very low 20cm in height, not 23cm as advertised.

Delivery: While delivery is free, we were surprised that one man and a ute arrived to deliver a 60 kg mattress on his own. The mattress is not compressed like other mattress in a box, so the box is quite large. By chance my husband was home on this day and we have a trolley so my husband was able to help lift the mattress off the ute and bring it in himself. The delivery man said he would have been crying otherwise…

Return: When I enquired about returning the Pure Trio mattress, Maxine advised their is a return freight cost and administrative fee of $195. As we are only 25 minutes from the return point and have access to a large vehicle and man power, I asked if we could return the mattress ourselves to avoid the return freight cost. Maxine advised we were welcome to return the mattress ourselves but we would still be charged the return freight cost. Suffice to say we had Pure Trio collect the mattress.

Refund: I was advised I would receive a refund within four business days of the mattress being returned. A week, several emails and phone calls later I was still chasing my refund. Pure Trio If you believe your administration time and service is worth a special fee, then you really should be on top of it. Sadly, it’s not.

polyester or plastic inside, which contracts 100% natural. It's soft enough, maybe too soft so offers no support. I would rate it as a 2. Has no zoning even though they said it was. Was it worth the 600.10 $??no. I suggest it's worth about half that. Ebay has exactly the same product. Does it soften yes, but if your base is rock hard that doesnt help because you sink right in. I am 5'7" and weigh about 60-63kg so, I'm not that big, a size 10-12. work out ++. left very disappointed. but given how hard my mattress is there was no other option. the only advice I would give is Get off ebay. They have them at 1/2 the price - exactly like this with or without the cover. If you get it without the cover get 2 sheets and sew them together.

The latex itself looks like it's splitting in 1/2 most likely due to shipping, but still, what's the alternative. Not value for money at all and I'd like to know what people were drinking when they wrote their positive reviews. BTW they do not accept returns. Ebay does. I would have thought though, that consumer contracts, ie purchasing a product has a 7 day cooling off period. It's in the legislation. I will check with Dept Fair trading.

middle and soft on the top. It is soft and mostly comfortable to sleep on, and has a noticable firm feeling when you lay on your side or sit on it. For me it feels more comfortable when lying on my back.

But within two weeks the mattress was visibly lower in the centre than the sides. It was sagging a little, like a much older mattress. When lying on your back, near the side of the mattress, you can see your hips tilting towards the centre of the mattress. And it feels less comfortable in the centre compared to the edges. I often sleep on the edge to get the most comfort. This may be completely normal for a latex mattress. But it's unexpected and not ideal.

The mattress also retains heat. I have to shift spots regularly to cool down. Have never experienced this with a mattress before. Again, am a first time latex mattress sleeper and had no idea what the expect.

Overall, I'm not excited about this mattress and wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Replacing my mattress now the mattress and i are getting old – As my aches and pains increased i made the decision to replace my old inner spring mattress. I did a lot of research and decided to go with a 100 per cent latex mattress in October 23. I spent some weeks changing the configuration until i found the best for me which turned out to be firm on top, then soft and then medium. Amazing sleep from first night – I have had latex mattresses for twenty years. I changed brands to buy the top of the line trio from latex mattresses Australia and wish I had done it sooner. because when I lay down, it felt firm, my body weight felt well and evenly distributed through. I also get dislocated hip from sleeping on normal spring mattress and this one...so far no issues! My only dislike for this mattress is it's a bit thinner than I'd like otherwise amazing buy!
