The Australian financial ombudsman can sort most serious problems out with financial institutions and businesses, it’s a government agency, so it’s free. There is a strict criteria though. external link

Are there any monthly fees with latitude? Any application fees? And once I pay what I owe does the credit stay open even if I don’t use it all the time? Thanks

If you don't pay the required schedule fee then yes there are fees See here external link I'm not certain on your next question, but my understanding is yes, the line of credit stays open even when not in use. (ie you don't have to reapply)

No monthly fees or application fees. Credit line stays open unless withdrawn by Latitude Pay. There will be applicable fees in event of late or non payment, so just ensure you keep to the scheduled payments to avoid paying fees.

If I give my VISA credit card as the repayment method, will it charge as a cash advance or a credit charge? the first one would have interest applied straight up so I'm checking.

Can you transfer money for latitude pay to master card or get cash out for fuel etc

You can transfer money from bank to the account linked with your credit/debit card but cannot take money out. It is a bit like Afterpay/Zippay. You purchase goods through merchant and if you are approved by either of the pay later companies, they pay the merchant on your behalf and you pay back the money to the financial company afterpay/zippay/latitude pay for example that paid merchants on your behalf.
