Awesome product but i cannot recommend due to continual costly repairs once warranty ran out – i love these irons & would find it hard to live without as they work brilliantly while working. but such an expensive item should come with longer warranty and cheaper repair costs. In less than 7 yrs i have had to return the iron 3 times for repairs & service. costs have totalled over $700 plus 3 lots of freight to and from Laurastar (approx. $50/60 per time)
Rather hard to swallow especially when the irons are worth $2000+ to purchase
i love these irons & would love to recommend them to all my friends & family but CANNOT due to the fact that they are an expensive purchase - which is worth it. but the continual cost of repairs & service once out of warranty are wickedly high $$$$$$$$

Love this product – I have had one of these for four years. No problems, but you must read the instructions re changing water and ensuring you put clean water into this product. We have saved heaps but lengthing the time to iron, dry cleaning intervals, fresh clothes each morning . This is a great product but you need to keep it maintained. Love heaps of steam to de wrinkle dresses and suites Just need to empty water now and them, not not a hassle at all
thanks for the feedback, its veryt important to keep up the regular maintenance as you have indicated. Cheers Dino

Hello Silver5, thanks for your comments. Laurastar appliances just like all premium appliances require servicing during their lifespan. I note you have a Laurastar30 which is over 7 years old. We cant identify the history as we dont know your details. I would be happy for Anne in customer service to review the history and see what we can do. Please make contact on 03 9894 1400 to discuss the matter. thanks Dino MD
