Dear Laurastar team. We have two question about the Iggi. How long does it work with one filling, or how many square meters? And the other question is, how long does it take to cool down? Because if it runs out while cleaning, we have to wait for to cool down and just after this can fill it again with water. (We planning to clean the baby toys and the furnitures). Hi Anett the IGGI will provide around 5mins of steam with one tank. It will take around 10-15 mins to cool down in between uses. If doing large amounts of steaming the LIFT steam station would be better. By the way you have come thru to Australia, cheers Dino MD external link
If you don’t have a water filter, how do you get around a calcium buildup (we live in the Redlands Qld and our water is very hard). I love the Laura star product and really want to get the Iggi but holding back because of the price and subsequent servicing costs associated with calcium buildup....advice would be appreciated please.
Hi Laura Star Fan, with the IGGI we recommend using distilled water. We dont have a filter inside this model, we also recommend monthly descaling. Please call us for more information 1800 999 910. regards Dino MD
