my machine doesnt work! – hi i have a saeco lavazza A modo mio extra machine and it does not work properly everytime i try i turn it on and let it heat and the boiling water goes straight into the tray at the bottom of the machine. why is this happening and how do you fix it?? not working
Looks good and it makes great coffee! – The Lavazza A Modo Mio Extra is a good looking compact coffee pod machine that is easy to use and makes great coffee! The Lavazza capsules are cheaper then Nespresso and if you like the real italian espresso they are the best option. If you love long black coffee stick with Nespresso. The quality of the coffee It's not as sturdy as it should have been
Excellent coffee, simple operation – Received the Extra model as a gift. Very easy to use, pop in a capsule, pull the lever forward, press a button, done. Coffee comes out well flavoured with a professional looking crema on top! Easy to clean with a simple to remove and empty dregs drawer. Capsules reasonably priced at $AU0.70 or so each. Milk frother works fine, but I would be careful with the knob used to operate it - the plastic doesn't feel that robust, but with care should last okay. Machine itself looks great, available in a variety of colours. Produced well flavoured coffee. Simple operation. After daily use for several weeks by a few people, no problems noted.
Have had three of these machines ( one a replacement for another that was faulty). The replacement also broke down. after short periods they all died and out of frustration with the first repair process (took a long time) I threw them in the bin. Such a pity as the coffee (when they worked) was excellent - why I was prepared to give them another go. Not any more unfortunately.

Coffee isn't bad – Machine is compact, easy to use and clean but nothing outstanding. I had the "extra" machine and I just found the coffee to be quite average and that machine was nowhere near as good as the Deluxe model which I have used on a few occasions. The capsules are expensive and inconvenient to buy, can only be purchased at Harvey Norman or Myer or online but with a minimum order of 3 boxes. Easy to use, easy to clean Capsules are pricey and purchasing them is inconvenient

Always had problems with it from day 1, it hangs sometimes flashing, then randomly flashes blue, the pump slowed right down, the milk wont go hot anymore, liked the idea and style, thought maybe i had a lemon but it looks like its a common problem
