I signed up for a Nintendo switch and cancelled the contract 3 hours later when I realised I won't be getting the Nintendo switch till I pay off more than $1000 dollars. Now layaway has been taking money from my bank account for a $230 cancellation fee they are charging me , what a rip off.

Company is a rip off if l had known then what l know now l never would of bothered with this company l got ripped of by 325 on a coffee machine at the time l was paying 25 a week for 33 weeks total of 825 they purchased it for 495 from jbhifi to send to me after l initiated that l wanted a refund because l no longer needed it due to financial issues they gave me the run around for a week and then said we're looking into it and while that was happening they were processing the delivery of my item so they never intended on refunding me because they wouldn't make there 325 on me so l had to pursue with legal matters and still in progress please stay away from this company they wrought people l dont know how they are still in business they are now advertising it at 35 a week and 945 mine came from jbhifi Burnside

 Follow-up  · The item was delivered but can't help feeling it was only delivered because l asked fir a refund the coffee machine was brand new in excellent condition customer service l wouldn't recommend dealing with this company in future they don't look after there customers very well l got 200.dollars back out of 825 and kept the coffee machine

Did not honour their own contract – Did not honour our contract and breached their own terms and conditions just because they appear to have changed their mind on how much they want to sell it for. They then relisted the items at a higher price proving that they have stock like other more reputable vendors. Did not communicate to me like they say in their terms until I lodged a complaint. When they did call they did not care that I was quoting their own terms and conditions of the contract I had with them.

As the company appeared to be based overseas, despite having Australian ABN and call centre from New Zealand, holding them to their own contract has been too difficult by authorities here. So good luck if you have a different kind of product issue.

Would NOT recommend and a waste of time thinking your going to get your product at the end of the layby period.
