If I could give no stars I would – Placed an order mid November thinking I had plenty of time for Christmas as the website said to allow three weeks for delivery……had to enquire where item was after one month of no update. Finally received item with ink that had run onto the numbers. Too late to order from another site now as it was a Christmas gift and living in a small town, I have no access to a store that would sell anything similar. Very disappointed to say the least. My only advice is if you are buying as a present, allow yourself at least three months to receive the product. Will not be buying from this store again.

Slow delivery and lack of communication – Easy to navigate store and great selection of products at competitive prices. Easy to place order and received confirmation email quickly. That’s where the good news stops. Email states to allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, although they aim to despatch within 1-2 day’s. After 10 days I had heard nothing, so emailed the address on the confirmation page. No response after 2 days. Arrived home 2 days later to find parcel left on my doorstep.

Website has no feature to track your order, no email confirming despatch. This is not good enough in the year 2018.

Order arrived in good condition, but the lack of customer services and simple order despatch confirmation would discourage me from ordering from them again. Yes, they are a small company, but they have several shops and I’ve had better experiences from smaller businesses.

A shame, as I like their range. I’ll potentially shop there again, but not if I need anything quickly.

Product and Service – Recently ordered a Marvel Jersey and was inadvertently sent the wrong one; simple error. The customer service in having the jersey swapped was excellent. Correct Jersey arrived today and the quality of the product is also excellent. Well done League and Legends.
