LeapFrog

Incompatible with newer Windows versions therefore rendering it useless – Previously this worked when connected to a computer using older Windows 7. Since purchasing a new computer and laptop (one at Windows 10, the other Windows 11) the leapfrog will not connect to either. It is not even recognised. I have searched the internet for advice but cannot find a solution. I have tried troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. I contacted Leapfrog and their customer service is horrible. They take weeks to reply and provide absolutely no solutions and claim they have had no other customers complaining (although reading online, I am far from the only one). 2 Leapfrog toys down the drain. Super disappointing but more so for the kids.
