This unethical site keeps sending me spam texts despite my unsubscribing twice already! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE
LearnEd has been a BIG Disappointment!! Thieves, that’s what they are – LearnEd is place built by people who are out to steal the customer’s money. Beware of fake lesson charges, bundle lessons being over before being actually over, lessons that never happened on imaginary dates, lessons not taking place on the fixed dates and being charged for them and tutors cancelling whenever they wish to and the parent getting charged for that. If they have your bank details or credit card details, they can take your money without informing you. If you call them for refund, they will ask for more money. All this has happened with me and other people also. So all parents, be careful of them! Go to a more trustworthy tutoring service.
Please don’t pretend to be helpful and ready to refund with your fake public face. I have been in conversation through phone, text and email with you and your customer support almost a month to no avail. I am writing this review after giving you ample opportunities to redeem yourself because I have had a load of previous bad experiences where LearnEd has been stealing my money claiming fake lessons and then ask to overlook saying there’s been some mistake. It’s happened again and again and now it’s getting more and more devious from your end. Don’t write these fake replies to show the public how nice and straight you are, it’s all a sham and public should find out about the real face of LearnEd and not go by ‘Invited’ incentivised reviews. Real parents who have been scammed like me, must let other unsuspecting parents know about this before they trust you with their child’s tutoring and bank details. I have been in touch with your customer support for long. First of all, they don’t respond and when I ask again and again and they respond, they behave as if they have not read my emails, not read a word that I am writing or saying and instead of refunding me, now they are asking for more money,
Absolute best find – My son has gone from hating and failing Maths to looking forward to and having fun with his tutor each session. We especially appreciate the work his tutor has put in to give him extra time around exams and tailoring his homework, help sheets and lots more.
Very happy with this provider – We have been with LearnEd for both our children for around three years. The results are wonderful as each session is tailored to the child. I would highly recommend them.
