This company is a rip off and steals money from your bank account. I signed up for a course and was told it was an Australian course. It turned out to be a mish mash of American trash. I tried to cancel and was told NO - The staff were rude and only care about getting money from your bank account. I tried to cancel through my bank and was threatened with debt collection if I did not reinstate my payments. $2000 for rubbish, this company is a disgrace- Keep well away and find something legitimate. Bunch of thieves

 Follow-up  · The course content was American and mostly consisted of American videos and USA terminology. Very basic content that did not apply to Australian standards. Not what I was told by the sales consultant, and I requested to cancel due to being lied to by the consultant. This course has no value to Australian practices. The course was disjointed and jumped from one section to another, very disjointed. I requested cancellation and the company cut off my access to the course on the same day, but continued to take money from my bank account. I have requested several times to cancel as I am also suffering with ill health, they requested all kinds of medical letters and certificates from my doctors (none of their business what my health issue is) Every way I tried to cancel, they tried to find a way to block me from doing so, I have had my lawyer get involved as I feel they are stealing from my account and refuse my request to stop taking money. I feel totally ripped off and abused by this company. Even after this review, they sent me a rubbish email saying they want to assist, but nothing has been done and they still take my money for a course I am not using. Disgraceful behaviour. Steer clear…. There are a lot of bad reviews on the web about this company and I wish I had read them before signing up….

Bad all round organization – I am currently a student and continue to be disappointed by this group. I had to cancel the card the payment for my course was assigned to. I called as soon as possible, within hours of doing so, and explained my situation and requested that the fee be forfitted. I called in due course and this was not my own doing but a fraudulent issue with my account and the payment was sitting there. The person I spoke to, [Name Removed] gave me a flat out no. I understand the conditions of my agreement and this is not the first time I have entered the agreement type. These fees can be waived under certain circumstances but she chose not to even lift her little finger to try. HONESTLY PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEARNING GROUP. THERE ARE BETTER ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE. SO STUCK WITH IT FOR THE NEXT YEAR

I have an update. Make sure you receive all your financial commitments from this organisation as they are not forthcoming with requests for access to a statement. I was also told in so many words from Josie that I was a bad person for being transparent with my review. I was asked to take it down after requesting my login and was asked in so many words to take this post down. I have every right to express my opinion and if the service was even slightly acceptable I wouldn't have to write this type of review and try and defend myself on the phone, very unprofessional!!!!
