Battery, product and customer service sucks – The product did not work as promised. Laser requires 24 hours plugged in to recharge the battery. Horrible customer service, great when joining and then no reply to emails and calls. Hopeless support once the product is purchased.

thinking I am coloring my hair 'black'.. it is the nourished and very healthy hair gaining its volume and color back. I vouch for how quickly it has started to work but it is hardwork. specially when you have little kids. The instruction says 10 min each day but I am using it for at least 15 and it does causes build up of lactic acid in my right arm with very slow back and forth combing. Great product to keep your hair – I have been using Leimo for 5 years. It is simply a great product. Without it I probably would have lost all my hair. But Leimo used corrected, definitely retained it. And even produces some regrowth. It stops worry over hair loss. It stopped my anxiety that I would go bald. Effective Best to buy it in a store like Shavers Shop rather than over the phone.

Leimo shampoo and conditioner – I love Leimo shampoo and conditioner - love the fragrance of the conditioner too. I have suffered hair loss for a long time. After using these two products together with the hair laser, I have noticed significantly less hair loss - not saying that my hair has completely stopped falling but certainly far less than it used to. transplant (frontal region) to keep the hair he had on the rest of the head and he started noticing tiny new hair in between the transplanted hair (with a lot of gap in between the tranplanted hair) within 6 months of using it. This new growth could only be triggered by Leimo as he stopped using other products before starting on the program. His hair are now very thick and he still gets growth of new hair on the temple of the head.

I decided to give it a go after shedding tons of hair which I initially thought was cyclical but persisted unlike previous intermittent shedding (after each pregnancy). Not only the hair appear luscious and shiny with a lot of volume but I have also seen a lot of new hair growth on the top of my head and the sides (where it shed the most). This useless – I am 35 years old i used more then a year didn't worked at all. those side effects but because I became lazy - you have to wash your hair every day and rub solution into your scalp twice a day so its a lot of work. A few weeks after stopping the treatment I noticed more hair falling out again (more hair in the shower and on my pillow each day). It was at this same time that I received a call from Leimo customer service who were checking up on me to see how I was going with using the system. I was surprised to receive this call - i've never bought any products in the past whereby i've received a follow-up phone call, I was very impressed by this! Leimo advised to keep using the laser and products for an additional 3 months and that they would call again. I did just as they said and by the end of the 5th month my hair loss was greatly reduced. By the end of 6 months I was able to run my hands through my hair without collecting a clump of hairs on the way through, my scalp has also become used to the product so that I dont experience oiliness or dandruff anymore. pleased to say that although there is not a huge increase in my hair regrowth nontheless there is an increase. On the photos I can see in closeup's that new hair growth is starting to appear although this may take some time to show I'm sure it will. age of 29, a routine of Minoxidil 5% (twice a day) and 1 gram Finasteride (once a day) kept my hairline strong. I even managed to re-grow a pretty substantial amount in the temple area for the first 15 months of use. After that the situation stablised - I didn't grow any extra hair but never lost any, either - and everything was great.

If only I didn't drop the ball, I am convinced that I would have a completely normal head of hair. But I began to take it all for granted, and took a monumentally stupid risk by quitting these treatments because I trusted the Leimo advertising campaign that it was not only a natural alternative but also equally as effective as the chemical ones.

For almost 12 months I patiently waited for results. Nothing. My hairline went backwards and now I'm spending money on not only Minoxidil and Propecia again. Yes, there is a guarantee from the manufacturer that Leimo will work. However, this is contingent on the proviso that you continue to use the wet products and keep a meticulous record of your purchases. The expense adds up, it's not easy to be that disciplined and you can rest assured that of all those who find this junk laser to be...well, junk - only a very small percentage will qualify for a refund.

Anyway, I don't care about getting my money back. I care about getting my hair back, especially the hair I lost while using a treatment I expected to grow more...or at the very least, maintain what I already had.

I sent an email to their customer support, explaining that I didn't expect a refund, just that I hated their product and I would do everything I could to warn people against it. I never heard back. Throwing it in the trash felt pretty good. Expensive, basically worthless guarantee, ineffective, smashed hopes, confidence, etc. Below it asks if I would recommend it to a friend. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Rubbish & they will not refund your money. Total waste of time – Followed all of the instructions but no hair gained and more actually lost. We were also approved for the money back guarantee but that was a year ago and we still have not seen a refund. Expensive, bad warranty service
