Never again – * Horrible customer service. * The air conditioner is only available in the living room, and there is only a ceiling fan in the room. Only 1 blanket was in the cupboard we were freezing in this cold weather. * No bed made up for our toddler as requested. * No parking was available outside our room either, all spots were taken at all times. * There is no food available on site (trip.com inaccurately says there is) * To top it off they didn't accept our Stay NSW vouchers (their website advertises book direct and save and the button directs to online bookings - however after we booked they then said no you had to have phoned when there is NO mention of a phone number or having to call... they then brushed it off saying we're a Hong Kong based company and to refer to T&Cs, their T&Cs is generic to their "StayWell" brand not related to the vouchers. We asked them to provide a copy of these supposed T&Cs to which they didn't. Screenshot attached.
This company clearly just don't care, I'm appalled.
This is our 2nd stay and it's gone downhill, will not be staying again.
