Lemon Tree Framing Gallery

Intimidating – I had two items to be organized and reframed at this particular gallery. This all was fine and I informed them that I would not be back until 28/03/2021. I thought this was clearly understood as I would be away. they called me today on the wrong contact no. and interrupted my meeting. There was no need for them to call. The forceful aggression that came through was extremely intimidating and now I have to organize a courier to pick up my Items. If I act in such a manner to any of my clients or associates that would be considered an act of abuse on my part and I would have to apologize. Now I have not only to deal with rude and aggressive staff at that gallery but I have the added cost of a courier to pick up my items. There is NO excuse for bad manners.
