Customer service is terrible. They lie about promotions, bonuses, and discounts. It’s very disrespectful for a ‘large’ company to mislead customers. It’s really upsetting.

Terrible. Will never buy again – Sent faulty product, agreed to replace, asked for more money, I gave them more money, then they KEPT ASKING FOR MORE MONEY. They totally ripped me off, kept going around and around in circles and I am now out of pocket even more and have no usable glasses. Awful company, do not buy.

Excellent! – I was a bit sceptical at first due to the average reviews online and on Facebook, but these glasses are great quality and very obviously my prescription. I got 2 pair for under AU $100 including postage. For this price I got 1 pair distance clears with anti-blue, and 1 pair distance sunglasses that are polarised.
