Unbelievably cheap organization – I paid over $750 for glasses in 2021, bought another pair for $750 in 2022, was going to purchase 3rd pair in 2023 but not any more! thinking they could help me do a good deed for the community. Nope they put a new screw into the arm holding it to the frame and that took all of a few minutes and asked me to pay $10. Where has charity gone? $10 for a screw really?

my Laptop Computer.I took the glasses back and they made me a new pair of Lenses which were almost just as bad as the First pair,when I asked for my money back they didn't want to give me the full amount sighting the fact it had cost them money that's when I spat the Dummy "Big Time" and eventually got all my money back. As I said I have been to a few different Optomertrist over the years when a close friend told me about "Lens Pro" and the moment I walked in the door it felt totally different to any other Optomertrist I had been to and the Staff were Sooooooo Friendly and Helpful & you just felt that you were not just another Customer you felt important that were happy to help you and you felt you had a good "Repore" with the Staff and the Shop looked great and Edward the Optomertrist well he won me over he was very thorough and took his time and explained everything to me in a language that I could understand and to me or anyone else that is very important. After my initial first visit it made me feel why would I want to go anywhere else,but I have to admit with different moves where I lived I did go elsewhere but was not happy so that is why I came back to Edward at Lens Pro and now I am 100% committed I won't go anywbhere else. The Staff at Lens Pro are just wonderful and it is one business I do not Hesitate to give my full approval and support Highly reccomended in my Book and I have found the prices of Lenses and Glasses are very realisticly priced and well worth the drive to their Shop at Logan Hyperdome.

Overpriced and disappointed – I am not a happy customer. My new glasses which I paid so much more for after being told their oppositions are cheaper because of inferior quality frames and lenses have now fallen apart. None of my previous cheaper glasses have done this. I now know my rating on Facebook was removed because LensPro will only accept 5 star ratings. I'm sorry, you need to earn a 5 star rating, not cheat to make yourselves look good.

Disappointed with fitting process – It felt like I was purchasing glasses from pharmacy! Zero customer service with the fitting. I went back again to request the frames be tightened. I'm used to an optometrist spending time ensuring the glasses fit perfectly sadly this was not the case.

Good quality spectacles. Great customer service – As a diabetic, I have used LensPro annually for about 10 years. Recently l purchased a pair of glasses overseas which were less than satisfactory. John & his team were able to point out the poor workmanship. I ordered a new, replacement, pair of lenses, using the existing frames & they were replaced in 9 days! I have always received great customer service & personal attention from this shop. Highly recommended.
