Excellent – its a very flexible builder, but in come with the price though, sales consultant leo is very accomadating and he help us to modify our house according to what i want and we can even talk to the owner itself so we can tell what ever problem or modification we need. i highly recommend this builder as i got i good experienced dealing with them as first home buyer good customer service, look after clients very well, very flexible i can even ask them to modify the design of my house according to what i want,top quality materials as seen in their display house. so far nothing, ill post anything i experienced once my house finished
