Les Nereides

A slice of Paris – Beautiful boutiques and whimsical jewellery that I had never seen from any other brand. I bought some earrings as a gift for a friend in the QVB store and the store attendants helped me to choose.

Rubbish warranty and customer service – I purchased a necklace and bracelet before Xmas 2022. Both broke within weeks of being given to my 12 year old daughter. She was very disappointed. The first necklace breakage was "fixed" onsite at Chatswood Chase with material that did not match the original. The second item was when the charm dropped off her bracelet. This was "fixed" by reluctantly (I had to argue!) giving my daughter a choice of 3 inferior charms. "No replacement charm" they said. "The warranty is we fix it". My daughter picked a charm she didn't care for as she felt she had no choice. She realised the brand is not reputable, and we agreed we will not be shopping there again. This is yet another brand that are great at selling you a product but their after-sales service is a huge fail. I will be telling this story to anyone who mentions Les Nereides.
