Literally, awful – I though this looked like a simple easy to assemble chair, as stated on the website, I was super wrong. Didn't come with instructions and I haven't been able to even assemble it. of poor quality but leaving that aside, the chair is really uncomfortable and difficult to sit in for long periods of time, not the best if you are planning on using it for work.

The seat is hard, padding is so thin, it is literally non existent and feels like you are seated on a concrete park bench and you back starts hurting after some time.

I was fooled by the photos and curated reviews on the Templer and Webster site, this review is so that no one else ends up in the same situation as me.

You can return it but the condition is that it should not be used, when I called them and said that I assembled it, they said it doesn’t qualify for return.

Twisted as the company is, their terms and conditions is such a way that they wont accept returns!
