Had a bad leak in the front garden. Hope fixed it very quickly with the help of the leak detector man. She fixed the pipe, filled the hole and replaced all the stones as she found them. You can hardly tell she has been at all. Very satisfactory indeed!

Overpriced for a poor job. Had to be reminded to fix a hole in the wall, left rubble in the toilet and red dribble on exposed pipes. Needed to be called back the next day as the toilet still leaked. The foam used to seal the outlet cover disintegrated within 2 years.

Ceiling fan – We had a fan fitted in our lounge room The quote was for 789.80 and we supplied the fan. Unfortunately we have found out the it was way overpriced unfortunately nothing we can do as we accepted the quote. All I can say do your homework

ELECTRICAL – Had Chris carry out minor electrical job. From arrival found him to be very polite and easy to talk to. Job was completed most satisfactory and in short time. He is an excellent employee and a credit to the company.

Certificate of Compliance for Electrical – Certificate of Compliance for couple of small electrical jobs in May 2023 was not delivered despite my request to [Name Removed], the Director. Electrical jobs were completed with good quality standard by [Name Removed] end of May. Certificate of Compliance did not arrive until I reminded [Name Removed] in mid June. printed by Officeworks their staff advised that there was some faults in the document. I asked Lexity to resend it. The second copy still cannot be printed.

I therefore contacted [Name Removed], the Director via text message on 16 June. [Name Removed] took no action to rectify the problem. On the contrary, he was quick to ask for my feedback via text message on the same day when the job was completed.

I gave them these small jobs was due to their advice that their electrician was around my area. Also, it was due to the previous positive experience. I did not have the urgency to get these jobs done.

Until today I am still waiting for the Certificate of Compliance!
