Worst Customer support from a major brand I have ever experienced – This is a 2 year old integrated fridge. It is now an embarrassment in my luxury kitchen. The top hinge broke and the door has to be held shut with heavy duty adhesive tape, then the bottom hinge failed as well. LG will not admit a product fault exists. No one in LG Australia is available for any correspondence or phone contact, all communication is via off shore call centres. They are not authorised to make any decisions and refer it back to "head office" in Sydney, but Sydney will not talk directly with customers. They did not reply repeat ably would. They had me go to extraordinary length to prove my case. 1/Supply 20 photos 2/ Name and details of installer 3/ Material used in joinery /4 Weight of timber door?

After ALL this and over 3 months of stalling me and mucking me around they said "Not manufacturing fault" Was misuse? Then the final blow-cost to replace each hinge-$450 !

Beware of LG lack of product support and quality.
