Where is the water filter? I have ice and water .
Ours leaks a little water on the floor on the freezer side. Can't seem to track where its coming from. Any ideas?
Matthew, have a look at the pipes from the water connection point. Tape a tissue to the lowest point. Find a large piece of cardboard and place it where the water shows so you can determine exactly where the water emanates from. It might be a condensation issue but that will mean a tech visit.
One thing I have failed to mention was that this is a non-plumbed unit. I cleaned the back of the fridge and that helped for a few days. Not sure what next.
My fridge is 11 months old and the ice maker has suddenly stopped working. The arm that lifts to check the ice level seems to be stuck in the up position. It works if I press the override button under the ice maker but the arm remains in the up position. What should I do?

Is your door sealing properly? We haven't had this exact issue with ours. We did have ice through the whole freezer when my kid left the door ajar though
Yes the doors are both sealing up properly. It seems to be a slow leak of from somewhere. It’s just trying to find where that is coming from which is the problem but thanks for your input though.

No, only the plumbed model has a water filter in it.
I have plumbed one but couldn’t find the water filter location?
