My machine was getting stuck in a rinse, fill pattern before it should have added the conditioner. I called the local lg service technician and he replaced both mother boards FOR $600 !,, The machine still does exactly the same thing. The technician came back again and said there was nothing wrong with it. So my question is, ‘how can you sell this piece of (expensive) crap?’
Where do I find the fuse? My machine stopped mid wash and is now not turning on at all.
Not sure if you worked it out but im experiencing an indentical issue now
There is a power filter with a fuse in it at the top, left & back of the machine under the top panel. The fuse is set in sealant, so best replace the module - part number - 6201EC2002K - "LG Washing Machine Small Noise Filter PCB Board"
Are small spares available i.e. barrel centre cap
I have a WT-H8006 machine that is giving a OE error. I have emptied and cleaned lint filters, pump filter, and inlet filters and hoses. I also have done an overnight tub clean with dish detergent as per the manual and set a short spin cycle to empty machine. It is giving off OE error again and still full of water. Any suggestions? Is there anything else I can clean for drainage?
How to remove lid , LG WT-H6506 topload machine.
water flows straight threw the machine ,any ideas ?
Where is the lint filter?
Our LG WT-H8006 (8kg) now leaks water onto the floor with most washes. It didn't do it when it was new. I've taken the back cover off twice and watched through entire cycles and the water isn't coming from pumps or hoses, it comes from a splash overflow outlet which seems to catch plash water from filling and spinning, and when it comes to the final long spin, the vibration causes the excess water to drain away. it seems to be a design issue, but i don't understand why its happening now. Our concern is having water leaking onto the floor all the time. The washing machine is set dead level. why is this happening and is it fixable??
We have had exactly the same issue with our machine. No leaks anywhere else, only that 'splash overflow outlet' at the rear top of the outer plastic tub. It actually pours out when tub is spinning with water in it. Our machine is dead level, according to the inbuilt bubble level. Called the customer help line, and was referred to a service centre to get it checked at our expense due to being out of warranty. Coincidently, there are a high number of these 'near new' machines being flogged off on Gumtree very cheap. Clearly these machines are very poorly designed without any consideration to the water damage caused to homes. Goodbye LG. Never again.
The machine has recently started to rattle when it slows down from the final spin. (1-4 mins left on the cycle) It sounds like a coin or small nut is slowing down with the drum. Any one had this issue?
Hi Washing machine won’t turn on(dead) ran through some trouble shooting different power socket etc... and nothing doing... what could be the issue?
