Perfect wash everytime – I am a throw everything in kind of girl who mixes colours and whites. I have been using this washing machine for 2 years now and it hasn't missed a beat. It has a variety of settings but I only really use 2. I love that you can add clothing when you accidentally forgot to put them in. Also it is lovely and quiet. Definitely a great machine. Leaks noisy limited cycles and doesn't clean – Leaks every other wash. Sounds like a military aircraft taking off. Whites turn grey within 3 washes. Poor selection of cycles and you have to download a basic rinse cycle. Then you can only have one downloaded cycle. Will be going back to a top loader. Biggest waste of money we ever spent. there is also a drainage issue and it’s a manufacture issue and I will state all of this in my report. LG should fix/replace the machine. Two days later, i rang them asking for updates, the lady said the technician report mentioned it’s not the LG fault and we will to fix it. We tried to explain that this machine is less than two years old, it’s nearly new but no one helps. They stressed up a lot So terrible customer service. Ended me to submit an official complaint in Fair Trading.
Please don’t buy LG products, Save your money
So Easy to use – I chose this Washing Machine because LG is a trustworthy brand and I have numerous LG products in my home. When I am really struggling for time I can put it on the TurboClean 39 cycle for a super quick 39 minute wash and it still gives them a though clean in such a short time.
This LG Washing machine does a great clean everytime and lets out a cute little jingle when my clothes are ready. All in all I am really happy with this machine.
Great top loader – This machine is a great size for the whole family. I love the easy use controls and how it weighs the load to determine water levels It's kind on delicates. Very poor customer service – I emptied the drain hose before checking the drain filter. When I took the plug off the drain hose, the hose retracted back into the machine without the plug on it. I called customer service and logged a call, only to be told that it was my fault and the repair would not be covered under warranty. Very poor customer service. Show details
Really bad quality washing machine – Is just a cheap, low quality washing machine that looks fancy but actually does not do the job properly. towels. Towels normally get a longer and hotter setting, while the bedding can be done within 39 minutes.
The other great thing about it, is it tells me when it needs a tub clean. So whenever the message comes up, I buy some tub cleaner and give it a quick wash.
I would buy it again if I had the opportunity.

are an awesome idea and we have used them on many occasions. There aren't many options on the small tub, and you can use them together or independently. AWESOME. My only gripe, I wish had spent a little money, as I would bought a front loader with all the bells and whistles plus a built-in dryer. The new model is easier to use., it has Bluetooth...LOL AND, this is a big AND. The detergent tray comes out so easily making it truly easy to clean out the excess/built-up detergent.

whisper quiet, even during the spin cycle and it's in an internal laundry, right next to the kitchen and TV room. Can't hear it. And, I can press a button to suspend the cycle to add the errant sock. Positives: washes really, really well including delicates and woollen things; uses way less water than our old top loader; very quiet; looks fabulous; intuitive controls and lots of program choices. The Turbo 39 minute cycle is handy and quite good enough for slightly soiled stuff. Digital counter lets you know how many minutes to the end. Negatives: plays the same "I'm finished" tune as the dishwasher which could be confusing.

It's been annoying and frustrating that i cannot use my products in the way i want to due to a slow and frustrating promotion.

Great Machine 30 washes in – Was sceptical about getting a front loader but I’m glad i did. This thing looks great, runs great and is Ultra quiet. Uses bugger all water compared to a top loader but seems to clean everything really well. Only changes id wish for would be the option to turn off auto sleep mode when on standby and a remote start feature on the app with saveable customisable settings. Very happy with purchase.
Perfect machine – This is a perfect washing machine . Purchased this as a replacement of Bosch and I am extremely happy with it . The clothes come out perfectly clean and fresh . There are downloadable programs that you could use if you wish using the app . The only thing that they could improve is if we were able to design our own wash criteria’s that would have been great .
