Went out of their way to deliver our outdoor furniture – We contacted Lifestyle to order 'Quinn' outdoor chairs for a function with less than 7 days notice. Not only did Lifestyle supply them from their warehouse, the chairs were delivered early. There was great followup to check that we had received our order in time. Thank you Tyson. Bad customer service – Poor customer service. I ordered a simple student desk. I was told it would take two weeks to arrive. Nobody contacted me to let me know that it would be delayed. or want to deliver to my place unless I paid an extra $100 even though it was their poor customer service that messed this up. They refused to give me any discount and they only apologised.... Apologising is not enough after all this drama for a simple student desk. Be careful when ordering stuff that they don't have in stock. Don't call them on weekends as they cannot verify with their suppliers.

up with the most beautiful 6 piece Tasmanian Oak dining setting, table and cabinet, all matching and just gorgeous. We even got the handles we wanted. The price? Well, there are much more expensive suites on the floor of other stores we visited and none of them as beautiful or individually designed as ours. Quality, Value for money, individual service, Australian certified timbers, Australian made. Delivery man was a bit rough.
