Good old fashioned service – I recently purchased a lounge suite from Lifestyle Lounges and Sofas and was not only satisfied with the product but the good old fashioned service I received. The staff were knowledgeable of their products and friendly service was given at every contact I made with them. They were happy to go out of their way to help and this didn't stop until my lounge was delivered. My new lounge suite is not only practical but looks amazing. In fact I have had many compliments from family and friends which I have recommended to Lifestyle Lounges and Sofas at Darra. Thanks again for your great service.

Quality Lounge at an affordable price – I purchased a lounge off LifeStyle Lounges and Sofas and we are very happy with the end product. We were given excellent service by the owner who was down to earth and very honest. He explained everything to us and was happy to do so on a numner of occassions as we took some time to make up our mind. The lounge was delivered to us promptly and put in our home and tested by the men that delivered it. Very happy and would highly recommend this company for custom made designs to suite your individual needs the service

Finally an Old Fashioned Mum and Pop Sofa Store in Brisbane – Lifestyle Lounges and Sofas at Summer Park ; Anyone who is looking for sofas be it fabric, leather, contemporary and/or made in Australia please check this company out. Today we purchased the Jazmin Leather Lounge in thick leather with a matching ottoman. Even better is the owner (mum and pop) are sofa manufacturers (and accessories) so we will be getting some custom cushions ripped up for sure.

I have had a very pleasant experience with this company and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in purchasing a sofa. Friendly atmosphere, great price, great product and Australian made still exists

Service needs improvement – I purchased a lounge suite and a home theatre suite recently from Lifestyle Lounges and Sofas and wasn't impressed. I was told 6-8 weeks wait but when the home theatre suite came in it was the wrong colour so it had to be re-ordered. I had paid a 30% deposit so wasn't happy about having to wait twice the amount of time. The lounge suite was delivered an hour earlier than the time they told me so my builder took delivery for me as I hadn't yet got to the house. My builder said the first thing they said when they turned up was "we want to be paid" and really hassled him. I turned up at my house just as the delivery truck was driving off and they accosted me in the street for payment - they wanted a sum that was almost all of the amount outstanding even though the home theatre suite was nearly two months away from turning up and they already had my credit card details on file. When I eventually received the home theatre suite many weeks later they proceeded to test each chair even though both of them were covered in sweat from putting it together. They then sprayed all of them with WD40 which went on the carpet. Surely all of that could occur before they bring the lounge to the house? I then had to clean all the sweat off the lounge. Truly revolting. The only reason I am giving them two stars rather than one is the products are actually quite nice and good value. Whether that is sufficient however to put up with these people is open to debate however. Products are good Service beyond bad
