Had a toilet that was leaking, called Dylan at lightning response plumbing. He came out within the hour gave me an upfront price and fixed it with high quality. He left the area cleaner then he found it. Very happy with their services.
The team at lightning response plumbing responded to my emergency call for a blocked drain with in an hour, they were quick and professional and resolved our issue fast. Thank you guys
Lighting response plumbing attendant to my rental property as I had a last minute issue with a crack on the old toilet that was noticed just prior new tenants moving in. Like the day before.. They were super fast to respond reliable with excellent communication, efficient and reasonably priced - considering the complex situation. I was replacing a 1950’s toilet with a cast iron pipe that runs through a bath tub. I have had to deal with several plumbers over the last 20 years which have been quite disappointing- either overpriced, dodgy work or impossible to get on the phone once they have been signed to a job. I was very happy with the end result and the swift approach in handling the situation so as not to risk losing the new tenants. I was faced with the possibility of having to do a whole bathroom reno but alas Dylan came up with a smart and cost effective solution. I will not hesitate to recommend my new go to plumbers Dylan and Paul.

What a wonderful experience with Lightning Response Plumbing! We had a blocked drain at our home in Ivanhoe, and Dylan and Paul arrived at 9:00 PM to get the job sorted. They were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently to fix the issue without any hassle. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing.
