Best choice ever – Because of all the bad reviews I had intended waiting to connect to NBN. By chance I learnt of Lightspeed Internet and over time had conversations with Lightspeed about the NBN. Based on these conversations and being assured of minimum speeds I switched to Lightspeed for a basic "Lite" connection. From day 1 the connection has been stable and speed has been constant. I have since upgraded to a Fast connection and my experience has been the same. I and 470 metres from the node and I am achieving at least 90% of Plan Speed. Upload speeds are fantastic.

Their service and support is excellent! – I was looking into an NBN connection.The setup with lightspeed was easy and very quick they even helped me choose a new modem. The connection itself is very reliable and when I had problems they went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended.
