Product Not Received. Emails Never Responded To – I ordered this on the 10th of January for my daughters birthday 19 Jan.. they contacted me on the 11th to offer me a different colour, to which I replied. Since then I have sent 5 messages (email, facebook and through their website) and have had no response. I tried getting their attention by putting a comment on one of their posts on facebook but instead of getting in touch, they deleted my comments and blocked me from their page. I ordered from their competition, received my product immediately.
Poorly run business - 2 very disappointed little girls – I purchased 2 Fairy Doors in mid July. These were intended as birthday gifts, but two months later in mid-September I still hadn't received them. The girls birthdays who I purchased them for have since been and gone. Now there are two very disappointed and saddened little girls. I had no other choice but to scramble to find another present to give them. When the order didn't arrive, I sent an enquiry for an estimated delivery time but did not receive an answer. The communication from the company is extremely poor. As I no longer had a use for the Fairy Doors, I have since had to cancel my order and request a refund. The response I got when I requested my refund was very insincere and I am still waiting on my refund.
The Lil Fairy Door website still states that "We aim to have your order to you within 4 working days". This is very misleading and grossly inaccurate for consumers. I brought this to their attention but they have failed to update their website details, despite being prompt to take your money and update their website with Shark Tank campaigning.
Not great for business and certainly not ethical considering the nature of this product and the fact that there will be lots of little girls out there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Very disappointed.
Still havent recieved order from July – This business really lacks customer service and I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am. I placed an order in mid July for products over $60. After putting in my order, the site mentioned I would be getting a confirmation email about my purchase. This email never arrived. Within a day, the money had been taken out of my account, thinking I would get the order soon (their site claims to get the items to you within two days if in Sydney area). After not seeing any items arrive, I sent another email a week later asking for some information regarding my items. They responded with an email two days later saying they were waiting for a shipment of doors as their website oversold items. So I waited but still nothing has arrived and no emails from them letting me know where my product was. I then emailed them again on the 6th of August asking them what is going on, only to recieve an email the next day saying they were getting a shipment of stickers the day later and that my order will arrive soon. it is now the 27th of August and still no word on where it is!!! Absolutley unreliable, no communication and disorganised.
Totally unprofessionals, unreliable with bad to non existing customer service – They have a great product but they are totally unprofessionals, unreliable and have bad to non existing customer service. I visited their website, checked the products and the estimated delivery time. They were writing on the website: Orders that are received before 10am EST* on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 4 working days – this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
On the 14/07/2016, I placed an order for my little daughter (5 y.o.), a pink little fairy door and according to the estimated delivery timeframe, my little daughter was going to receive her little fairy door for her birthday which was on the 22/07/2016.
They were writing on the website that once you placed and paid for an order, you were going to receive a confirmation email, which of course never came.
My daughter was very excited about the present she was going to get, taking about it all the time and asking about the waiting period...
I emailed them on the 21/07/2016, explained them the situation and asked them about my order.
I got a reply on the 25/07/2016, they told me that they were just waiting on a shipment of doors and fairy mailbox stickers and that once these arrive they will mail them to me promptly.
They also told me that I could get a pink sparkle door instead of the plain pink one and a fairy mailbox without a sticker if I wanted instead.
Since my daughter's birthday had passed, with her getting no present from her parents (we told her that it was a really magic door and the little fairies were very busy because every kid wanted to have one of those doors, so we had to be patient and wait...), I replied back to them saying that I shall stick to my order and wait for the door that I promised my daughter she was going to get.
Today it is the 07/08/2016, my daughter still hasn't receive her present, doesn't talk about it any more, probably has forgotten about it and I feel really bad because I didn't give her a birthday present.
Never buy anything from them!!!
They have a great product but they do not deserve it.

Orders will be shipping early next week, the mailbox stickers should arrive tomorrow
It is the 28 of August today and still haven't received anything...
If by the end of next week I do not receive my order, I'll have ask for my money back and contact:

Update: In an attempt to get some action I guessed the ceo's email and forwarded correspondence. I received action the very next day and was advised my purchase was sent 19Jan, 9 days after placing the order. Still yet to receive.
