Worst. Customer service. Ever – I booked these guys for my bucks party on the Gold Coast. They turned up to the wrong address and rather than call me they just left after waiting 15 minutes. Even though I had a whole email chain of messages showing I'd told them the right address they debited my credit card anyway and refused to give me a refund. They were rude, unhelpful and possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The customer is never right seems to be the creed they live by. Avoid like the plague! Unless you like paying money to have someone swear at you and call you names. (Some folk do swing that way) Their service comes with a complementary anger stroke

Avoid! Dont trust them, and dont let them steal your money – These guys are absolutely rude expensive, late (by over an hour on my wedding day) and still takeyour money. They are rude, and for example they will charge you $160 for a 5 minute ride, in a sedan. They are a disgrace to the lovely and welcoming people of the gold coast and should be avoided at all costs. Theft, a rip off, late !!!!!
