Simply bad products & bad service – Purchased an expensive HDMI extender and very disappointed with the quality of the product and support service. Paid premium price for IP HDMI extender, however the device simply does not work on any network using solid brands switch\routers. network equipments and speed, and no response since then.
My test lab is 10Gig capable and here is no issue with devices\network utilisations and speed. The HDMI extender is generating very un-usual traffic patterns and any decent network device detects those packets as non-standard and drop them after sometime.
Right now, the HDMI extender has become a very expensive space waster on my lab bench, and it seems there is no way to return it.
Just avoid the product and the brand.
Terrible customer support – I recommend avoiding this company, I brought a cable, accidentally ordered a Mini HDMI cable instead of a Micro. I sent the item straight back and paid for freight and asked for a replacement, which I was also happy to pay for freight. They just charged me a $25 restocking fee without offering a replacement. Really bad customer service. Feel ripped off and will never use them again, or recommend them. Show details
Amazing - a refreshing change – Never heard of Lindy before. I was looking for a new KVM switch and found them via a Google search. Product was exactly what I was looking for, but the most amazing thing was the service and speed of delivery.
Easy & Fast – The web site is easy to navigate, which made it easy to order, fast order processing, fast dispatch, fast delivery. 10/10 Would Lindy again.

What a great Company – I purchased a new Pentax K3 camera. I needed a USB cable to connect it to the computer. I tried camera stores and dick Smiths. None could help. I searched on line and found Lindy, based in Brisbane. They advised the right type of cable and I received it within 24 hours. Great service
