Linen Republic

I purchased bed linen but did not receive the items I ordered. After emailing the company twice, I eventually received a response advising that the item was out of stock and that they should have contacted me earlier. I then requested a refund and followed up three times over three weeks via email, as well as once through their live chat, but am yet to receive a response.

worked with this company) at their cost for postage. I supplied my own packaging material and stood in a post office queue with 15 people in front of me. Numerous emails and messages via fb messenger ensued , but I did not receive my order. I was told that until the returned linen reached the company I couldn't receive my goods. I kept on being told that company protocol had to be followed. If the mistake that occurred was my fault then I could quite understand that, however I was the innocent customer just trying to do the right thing. Today, 19 October I asked yet again and the same answers took place. I then decided that I'd had enough of the " protocol" and "policy" and requested a refund. The refund was refused because..... the returned linen had not been delivered by Australia Post. Finally the linen appeared this afternoon and a refund was given, no compensation for my trouble, honesty, packaging material or long wait time. Thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

Quality & great customer service – I run an Airbnb and buy all my bedding from Linen Republic. As a return customer they have gone out of their way to give me package deals so I can make sure my guests have a great night sleep. Thank you and I will be buying more in future. Show reply

Definitely not Egyptian cotton - misleading – I ordered 2 quilt covers believing they where 100% Egyptian cotton 1000 thread count. I should have realized that Egyptian cotton does not go to 1000 thread count. The website looks legitimate but clearly you do not get Egyptian cotton. quilt cover has black marks which I cannot wash off. The quilt is very stiff and scratchy not soft and silky. The tag inside the quilt writes "Pure Egyptian Cotton made in China". I have bought an Egyptian cotton quilt from David Jones and its made in France, its absolutely silky, soft and smooth. There website will not post my review. I feel sorry for people who are buying from their website for you are genuinely wasting your money. I'm not surprised the offer wasn't genuine, it sounded too good to be true and I got stooged.

quite scratchy. I ended up needing to change our sheets in the middle of the night because they are so scratchy on our skin. They do not appear to be made from what they claim to be. I have submitted a review on the website but it has not been added and customer service have not replied to me.
