these, but still took the bullet. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the outcome, especially how easy to wash and even after downpours. Fast forward one week, I had a professional auto electrician, who brought his son (apprentice) to install front/rear dashcam in the car. When I returned to the car, I saw his son stepping on my rear bumper with the expensive paint protection with his shoes, trying to fix the rear dashcam. My heart sank as I saw there are a lot of scratches and marks on the paint protection. I made contact with Jacky asking how to remove the cuts and swirl DIY. Without saying much, he asked me to bring the car and see what he can do. With his superficial eyes, Jacky proposed to polish and apply paint protection film (PFF) with additional cost to make it less obvious. I was thinking negatively another burnt in my pocket again. After polishing, Jacky told me it's not as bad as he originally thought and I don't have to spend additional money on the PFF. There are still few scratches that are too deep to be fixed, but I’m grateful for Jacky’s aftersales service and generosity. I seldom write positive reviews. Mostly are negative reviews. But I've attracted close to 45K views till date. I want to spend time writing this as I felt that Jacky looks after customers’ interest rather than just his pocket alone. Despite his packed schedule, Jacky actually spent his valuable time polishing and fixing them without additional charges as he understands how disappointed I am trying to be gracious to a young kid who is under learning. A great thumbs up to Jacky on his excellent aftersales experience. Will not hesitate to recommend the services provided by Jacky and team.
