truck they offered to deliver it FREE OF CHARGE the next day! Now while obviously they won't just give everyone free delivery it speaks volumes to how well they treat customers. Additionally they only sell good quality equipment and not cheap rubbish which is the original reason I was getting stuff from them anyway. I would highly recommend Little Bloke in all regards.

Delivery issues – My order was dispatched promptly. The packaging wasn't great and the whole parcel was distinctly bent and damaged on delivery, but I don't think the goods inside were damaged. was with the delivery company, Hunter Express. I guess 2 weeks to delivery is nothing to whinge about these days but the tracking number was useless and there was zero communication. More and more these days I am deciding on online purchases based on the courier they use, and in a market awash with gym equipment retailers I can afford to pick and choose who I buy from.

grand on some crappy gym company that collapsed and never delivered a thing. Staff member (Dan) was very pleasant and took his time with me talking me through options. He was really straight about what was in stock, what wasn’t and when new shipments would arrive. I loaded up on 360 Strength (LBF’s own brand) power rack, bumper plates, Olympic bar, gym flooring and a few other bits and pieces. All was delivered to order eventually, though there was a slight snafu with something being marked as delivered when it actually had not been. All was resolved in the end without drama, I just had to make a few calls. The gear is good. It feels very sturdy and that it will take anything and everything I can ever throw at it (and not just because I’m weak). It’s not cheap, but good value. The finishing on some items is a little bit off "perfect", but the core build quality is there. Even their delivery driver was a good bloke, and helped me move a lot of gear inside, despite it being an awkward trek down a lengthy path. Shop with confidence, LBF are great and I’ll be back for more.

Exactly what I wanted – I purchased a power rack and assorted barbells, dumbells and plates and couldn't be happier. My selection was quoted as being on the commercial end of the spectrum and that is exactly what they delivered - 18 months of continuous use and couldn't be happier. Many thanks LBF.

Super convenient – Bought a rack, bench and weights - couldn't have been easier. Communication regarding some out of stock items via email was quickly responded to. My order was delivered while I wasn't home, the driver hid it all the way up my driveway.

Great help, and products – Don’t know much about lifting, just getting into it. Guy in shop was switched on, super helpful. Helped getting barband weights into car, just good solid friendly service.

sizes had changed and now the new 10kg plates don't match the original ones (in 2 months!!!) and then rather than refunding my money for any difference I get a "lacrosse ball thrown in?"

So, not quite the glowing experience I had with the $2k+ order.

Horrible Service – I would like to say, this is horrible service. I bought a plyometric box and I understand that I didn't read the details that this was a floor display. But when I received the box it was chipped. When the box was delivered it was warped with plastic saran wrap. That is horrible attempt to package something! I will never shop here again...
