If there was an option for no stars that is what I would have picked and what do you mean "discontinued" is it not trading? these people are a huge scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No return to countless emails. Pool not delivered but shows up that it has. Total SCAM !!
Purchased this pool for my granddaughters. Upon receiving it, too small for them. Tried to return it and after many attempts, via email and calling, no response on how to return. Horrible customer service

Avoid this company at all costs – What a dreadful company to deal with. Package sent to billing address because it gave no option to request a different one. I sent ten emails, all of which went unanswered. The parcel arrived at my address, forcing me to pay for it to be sent on. The recipient lives in Queensland and I live in SA.
Not real – Ordered this product, never arrived, no refund or follow up. After emailing company how disappointed I was they never responded. Lost money and product. Maybe my own fault for trusting online shopping ?
