extra charge! When he installed the shower, we had a feeling that the pressure was not strong enough, but there was a water saving button on the shower head. Us being completely ‘plumbing illiterate’, he came back on the same day, and again, did everything for us for no extra charge. He could have just told us on the phone to read the instructions, but he traveled from Hilton to East Fremantle to do a five second job for us for free. Ripped off – Fitted new cistern & seat $374 could have bought at Bunnings for $150 & left old cistern & box in front garden with out saying a word. Not impressed at all. Took advantage
