Friday afternoon in Oatlands Tasmania, 1 hr north of Hobart ...the hot water tank leaking under the floorboards...no other plumber willing to help me....but the this lovely young man & his wife took up the job & came on time the following day(saturday).Nothing a bother, had to dismantle the cupboard to replace the tank, all put back together within 2 hrs. Excellent professional & friendly service....such a joy to find kind & willing help when needed.
Follow-up · The plumber & his wife had to take apart the pantry to access the tank, but put it all back together on completion. The price was comparable, bearing in mind it was a saturday morning. The issue was a leaking & very old(2002) water heater, which had perished & was leaking out of the base & into the floorboards.
