contacting them so many times ignoring emails and calls. They take all the money and keep making brands send products for free. Obviously no brands will continue sending products to the purchaser. Lucky we immediately found this issue and had our products removed from their website.

As one of their ex business partners I’m very sorry for all the victims here. Seems their website is now gone so I’m relieved there won’t be any more victims from now and am pretty sure these scammers will pay the price!

they sent me an email (automated) saying they have refunded my order. No apology or anything. I will have to wait a see if the money actually arrives. Steer clear all- you have been warned. Edit: They did refund the money. It’s the last dealings I’ll have with them. Update- the LKNU website have closed but they are now trading as Revelette. I still wouldn’t trust them but they might have improved their game.

get updates on my purchase with no response. They don't have any phone numbers, only email or online chat (which they do not respond to). I am going to be disputing this transaction with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back.... Ridiculous and fraudulent. Not worth the aggravation.

Terrible and frustrating shopping experince – As with others, terrible experience. Placed two orders more than 4 weeks ago. Not shipped. Their Instagram does not allow new messages or comments on post. I tried to message them on instagram only to find out that they don't accept new messages on instagram. They also don’t allow anyone to leave comments on their instagram feed. My friend had to go the office where they met the owner and asked for a reschedule. On the day of the appointment, I called the building and asked if I could be put through to the floor that the office is situated. When I was finally put through, I said I was running 15 minutes late and the consultant said she was staying back just for me. I felt bad so I said we can cut the appointment by half an hour of a one and a half hour appointment. The consultant asked if it would be ok to reschedule. I agreed to a new time that was convenient for both of us. On the day of the new appointment, I arrive half an hour early and was told by receptionist that the consultant would arrive soon. At the time scheduled, the consultant still hadn’t showed up, the receptionist tried calling the consultant with no luck. I stayed for a further 15 minutes and decided to leave. This business sounds like it’s in trouble, I would steer clear. Another parfumerie I go to in Fitzroy is so much better. Lore perfumeries. Try them, great range and amazing service with contact details and real people.
